چکیده
ضرورت قانون گرایی برای ایجاد و حفظ نظم، امنیت و توسعه دولت ها کاملاً محرز است. این امر با توجه به اهمیت مقوله توسعه در تضمین ثبات جهانی و همچنین لزوم مقابله با جریان های تکفیری و تروریستی، مورد توجه سازمان های بین المللی نیز قرار گرفته است. قانون گرایی واجد اقتضائات گوناگونی است که در این میان زمینه فرهنگی به دلیل همبستگی این پدیده با هنجارهای اجتماعی موقعیت ویژه ای دارد. در بازه زمانی حاضر اما با توجه به جهانی شدنِ فرهنگ، هویت های مختلفی فرصت بروز یا ظهور یافته اند که خطری برای قانون گرایی به شمار می آیند. بر این اساس، پرسشی که به میان می آید آن است: «چگونه دولت ها می توانند در عصر جهانی شدن فرهنگ تبعیت شهروندان از قوانین را به دست آورند؟» مفروض ما آن است که دولت ها برای دستیابی به این هدف باید از رویکردهای خطی پرهیز کنند. در مقام پاسخ گویی به این سوال باید از یک سو نگاه معطوف به تعامل قانون گرایی و فرهنگ شود و از سوی دیگر چالش های فرهنگ در عصر جهانی شدن برای قانون گرایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند تا در نهایت بتوان پیشنهادهایی برای اصلاح راهبردهای داخلی و جهانیِ قانون گرایی ارائه داد. نتایج نشان می دهد در چنین حالتی رابطه فرهنگ و نظام حقوقی رسمی باید بر اساس الگوی داد و ستد و اثرگذاری بنا شودTension and conflict of Law abiding and Culture in The Era of Globalization

The Law abiding also been considered by International organizations due to the Importance of development in ensuring global stability and Need to fight with Takfiri and terrorist groups. The Law abiding has various requirements that The Cultural prerequisite due to correlation between these Phenomenon and social norms has a special position; But In the present period Due to the globalization of culture, Different identities have a Chance of developing or emerging that is a threat to the Law abiding. Now The question is: "How State´s can acquire Law abiding in the era of globalization of culture?" It is hypothesized that State´s To achieve this Goal should refrain from linear approaches. In responding to this question On the one hand it is necessary to look towards the Law abiding and culture interaction and On the other hand the challenges of culture in the era of globalization for Law abiding are being evaluated, To finally make proposals to amend national and international strategies of The law abiding. The results show the relationship between culture and official legal system in this case must be based on the model of interaction and influence.
