چکیده
ساختار سیاسی غیرمتمرکز و توزیع شده امریکا سبب شده است که جریان ها و تشکل های بسیاری بتوانند روند پیچیده تصمیم گیری سیاسی در این کشور را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. با آنکه یهودیان تنها حدود سه درصد جمعیت امریکا را تشکیل می دهند اما توانسته اند به تأثیرگذار ترین اقلیت قومی در ساختار قدرت امریکا تبدیل شوند. یهودیان امریکا مجموعه چشمگیری از سازمان های مختلف را برای تأثیرگذاری بر سیاست خارجی امریکا به وجود آورده اند که در این میان نقش کمیته امور عمومی امریکا اسرائیل (آپیک(به عنوان قدرتمندترین سازمان یهودی امریکا بسیار شاخص می باشد، سازمانی که مسئول برنامه ریزی و هماهنگ کردن فعالیت اکثر سازمان های یهودی امریکا را بر عهده دارد و نقش اساسی را در هماهنگی سیاست های امریکا با منافع صهیونیسم ایفا می کند. در عصر حاضر این سازمان مهمترین ابزار صهیونیست ها در امریکا برای تأثیرگذاری بر سیاست های قدرت اول دنیای کنونی در مسائل مربوط به اسرائیل و پُرمناقشه ترین منطقه جهان، خاورمیانه، می باشد. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است، ضمن ارائه نمایی اجمالی از دلایل قدرت یهودیان در امریکا، آیپک و تأثیرآن را بر سیاست خاورمیانه ای امریکا مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دهد.A Survey of AIPAC and its Influence on the United States of America’s Middle East Policy
U.S decentralized and distributed political structure has culminated in the many movements and organizations to affect the complicated process of the political decisions. Though Jews make only about three percent of U.S population, they have been the most influential ethnic minorities into the power structure of the U.S. American Jewish have created a series of significant influences in the U.S foreign policies which the role of the American Israel Public Affair Committee(AIPAC), the most powerful Jewish organization, is very significant. The organization which is responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of Jewish organizations in U.S plays the most important role in coordinating the U.S policies along with the interests of Zionism. Today, this Organization is the most prominent Zionist’s tool to influence the policies of the current world superior power in the world's most controversial region, the Middle East, and Israel’s issues.
