چکیده
یکی از راه های بهبود کیفیت آموزش روابط بین الملل و علوم سیاسی در دانشگاه های کشور آگاهی دقیق و جامع از نقاط قوت و ضعف گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و برنامه ریزی برای رفع کاستی ها و ارتقای نقاط قوت آنهاست؛ ازاین رو ارزیابی درونی گروه های آموزشی یکی از راه های تحقق این مهم است. ارزیابی درونی گروه ها یکی از شیوه هایی است که استفاده از نتایج حاصل از آن می تواند به ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و پژوهش رشته کمک کند. بررسی این مهم مستلزم استفاده از نقطه نظرات دانشجویان، استادان و کاربرانی است که در ارتباط مستقیم با این الگو قرار خواهند گرفت. در این مقاله نویسندگان با استفاده از کار پیمایشی به ارزیابی درونی روش آموزش سنتی روابط بین الملل در دانشگاه تهران از دیدگاه دانشجویان دوره دکتری این دانشگاه و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف این شیوه آموزش پرداخته اند.The internal assessment of the Department of International Relations of Tehran University
In order to promote research and teaching in the field of International Relations and Political Science, making internal assessment of educational departments will be helpful. Such a assessment provides scholars and academics a clear view about weakness and strong aspects of educational department. Internal assessment requires participation of students, professors, and users that are in direct connection with traditional method of teaching that we are familiar with. In this article authors are about to make internal assessment of IR Department of Tehran University through conducting a survey, the results will provide us evaluation on weakness and strong aspects of traditional method of teaching IR in one of leading Iranian universities.
