بررسی عوامل موثر بر تشکیل شبکه تعاونی های تولیدی کشاورزی: مطالعه ای در استان البرز (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این پژوهش با طراحی الگوی شبکه سازی تعاونی های تولیدی کشاورزی به دنبال راهکاری اجرایی برای سازماندهی شرکت های تعاونی بخش کشاورزی و نهادسازی به منظور توسعه ی کسب وکار در بخش کشاورزی می باشد. بدین منظور، در این تحقیق که به روش پیمایشی صورت گرفته است به بررسی شبکه ای متشکل از شرکت های تعاونی کشاورزی به عنوان هسته ی مرکزی شبکه و بهره بردار اصلی و سایر اجزاء شبکه در قالب یک زیر شبکه تعریف گردیده اند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل شرکت های تعاونی تحت پوشش وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و سازمان تعاون روستایی استان البرز می باشد (N=540). از میان این جامعه هدف و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، تعداد176 نفر انتخاب گردیدند. در نهایت 175 پرسشنامه از میان جامعه ی نمونه جمع آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پرسشنامه، ابعاد سازوکارهای فنی، اقتصادی، آموزشی، حقوقی، اجتماعی و سیاست گذاری در الگوی شبکه ی پیشنهادی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه از صاحب نظران رشته ی آموزش ترویج و کشاورزی و متخصصان و خبرگان اشنا به مسائل استفاده و تایید کردند و برای محاسبه ضریب پایابی پرسشنامه نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ که برای سوالات چند مقیاسی کاربرد دارد استفاده شده است که میانگین ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ 803/0 بدست آمد . براساس نتایج این تحقیق سازوکارهای سیاست گذاری با ضریب 539/0، اقتصادی با ضریب 499/0، حقوقی 208/0 و آموزشی با 130/0به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در طراحی الگوی شبکه پیشنهادی گذاشته و سازوکار های فنی و اجتماعی تاثیری در الگوی شبکه پیشنهادی ندارد.Investigating Effective Factors in the Formation of Network of Agricultural Production Cooperatives in the Alborz province
The major purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factor in the formation of network agricultural production cooperative in the Alborz Province. The statistical population of the study includes cooperatives which are administrated by the "Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare" and the "Rural Cooperative Organization" of the Alborz Province (N = 540). ). From this target population, 176 cooperatives were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Eventually, 175 questionnaires were collected and analyzed from the sample population. A questionnaire was developed to examine the technical, economical, educational, legal, social, and policy making factors affecting the formation of network among agricultural production cooperatives. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts in the field of Agricultural Extension and Education. To calculate the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which is applied for multi-scale questions, was used. The mean of Cronbach's alpha coefficients in this study was 0.803 which shows that the internal consistency of the questionnaire items is appropriate. The results showed that policy making, economic, legal, and educational factors had the most impact, while technical and social factors had no impact development of networks among agricultural production cooperatives.
