چکیده
توجه به تجارب مدارس موفق به منظور بهره گیری از آنها برای ارتقای کیفیت سایر مدارس حائز اهمیت است. در چنین حالتی مدارس از آزمایش و خطا دوری کرده و برای برطرف کردن ضعف آموزشی خود از تجربه های موفق مدارس استفاده می کنند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی راهبردهای بهره گیری از تجارب مدارس موفق با نگاه به تجارب زیسته در حوزه مدیریت است. راهبرد پژوهش کیفی_توصیفی و جامعه موردمطالعه، کلیه استادان رشته مدیریت آموزشی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران در سال 99-1398 است که از بین آنها تعداد 18 نفر از اساتید رشته مدیریت آموزشی به شیوه نمونه گیری از نوع هدفمند ملاک محور تا حد اشباع داده ها انتخاب شده اند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه با روش گفتگوهای غیررسمی بوده است. برای تأمین روایی از روایی تفسیری و برای فراهم کردن اعتبار از تکنیک خود بازبینی دقیق و کسب اطلاعات موازی استفاده شده و تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش مضامین پایه ای، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بوده که راهبردهای بهره گیری از تجارب مدارس موفق شامل 7 مضمون فراگیر (به اشتراک گذاری تجربه ها، راه اندازی جشنواره مدارس موفق، توسعه حرفه ای، مستندسازی تجربه های مدیران، مدیریت براساس سازمان یادگیرنده، مدیریت یکپارچه، داستان سرایی)، 24 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 80 مضمون پایه بوده است.Identify Strategies to Benefit from Successful School Experiences in Order to Improve the Quality of Education
It is important to pay attention to the experiences of successful schools in order to use them to improve the quality of other schools. In such a case, schools avoid trial and error and use the successful experiences that they have gained to overcome their educational weakness. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies for using successful school experiences. The research strategy was descriptive qualitative. The research included all professors of educational management at the Islamic Azad University of Tehran in 2020-2021. The sampling method was purposeful based on criteria with experts to the extent of data saturation and finally 18 professors of educational management were selected. The research tool was an interview using informal conversations. To ensure validity, interpretive validity and to provide validity, accurate self-review technique and parallel information acquisition were used. Data analysis was performed using the method of basic themes, organizing themes and comprehensive themes. The results showed that strategies Benefit from the experiences of successful schools including 7 comprehensive themes (sharing experiences, launching a successful school festival, professional development, documenting the experiences of principals, management based on learning organization, integrated management, storytelling) and 24 organizing themes and 80 themes Has been the basis.
