تدوین و روایی بسته توانمندسازی مهارت های پیش کلامی ( ارتباطی) ویژه کودکان با اختلال عصب-تحولی: مطالعه موردی کودکان با اختلال اُتیسم (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این پژوهش باهدف تدوین و روایی یابی بسته توانمندسازی مهارت های پیش کلامی (ارتباطی) برای کودکان با اختلال اُتیسم انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش کیفی و کمی به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. در بخش پژوهش کیفی، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع استقرایی استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل محتوای کیفی از جستجوی نظام مند مقالات، پایان نامه ها و کتاب ها مرتبط با حوزه مهارت های پیش کلامی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم استفاده شده است. همچنین از روش روایی صوری و محتوایی برای بررسی روایی یابی بسته تدوین شده استفاده شد. درنهایت، نتیجه ی تمامی تحلیل محتواهای انجام شده بر روی منابع و مؤلفه های به دست آمده از آن ها، در قالب بسته توانمندسازی مهارت های پیش کلامی ارائه گردید. نتایج روایی محتوایی براساس نظر 12 متخصص در این حوزه نشان داد که بسته طراحی شده از روایی محتوایی مناسبی برخوردار است (83/0)؛ بنابراین، می توان نتیجه گیری کرد بسته توانمندسازی مهارت های پیش کلامی (ارتباطی) طراحی شده از روایی صوری و محتوایی لازم برخوردار است و می توان در زمینه های آموزشی و بالینی از آن بهره جست.Development and Validation of Preverbal (Communication) Skills Package for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Study of Children with Autism
The aim of this study was to develop and validate a package of empowerment of pre-verbal (communication) skills for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially children with autism. This research was done descriptively-analytically. This research method had two parts: qualitative research and quantitative research. In the qualitative research section, the inductive qualitative content analysis method has been used. To analyze the qualitative content, a systematic search of articles, dissertations, and books related to the field of pre-verbal skills of children with autism spectrum disorder was used. Also, the face and content validity methods were used to check the validity of the developed package. Finally, the results of all content analyses performed on sources and components derived from them were presented in the form of a pre-verbal skills empowerment package. The results of content validity based on the opinions of 12 experts in this field showed that the designed package has good content validity (0.83). Therefore, it can be concluded that the pre-communication (verbal) skills empowerment package designed has the necessary formal and content validity and can be used in educational and clinical contexts.
