Morality as somehow involving rationality and impartiality received classic expression in philosophy of Kant who frankly speaks of “rational and impartial spectator” in contemplating the universal law. The overall aim of this paper is to show (1) that the idea of morality implies rationality and this will be reached at in refuting the moral scepticism; but (2) it does not necessarily indicates impartiality, since the justification of the principle of impartiality does not solve the problem of justifying particular moral principles. I will start with the question “Why should we be moral?” and then turn to moral rationality to refute moral scepticism, finally the relationship between rational morality and the principle of impartiality will be reconsidered.

Faithfulness to the covenant and its profound role in human meaningful life and human societies can be considered and examined from different aspects; but the main question in this research is that: What are the importance and effects of fulfilling the covenant and its meaning in life From Religious Perspective? The method of this research is a descriptive method, by using library studies, review of documents and review of verses and hadiths and narrative-revelatory arguments related to the subject of discussion in the field of religious studies. We have concluded that based on the verses of the Quran and hadiths, commitment to the covenant has a high status in Islam like other Abrahamic religions; but in particular, the value of fulfilling the covenant in Islam has come to be synonymous with faith; this means that if a person does not fulfill his covenant, he has no faith. This meaning has been considered so important in the lives of human beings and human societies that if a covenant is made with the enemy and even the polytheists and unbelievers it must be committed. Therefore, one of the behaviors that play an important role in moral societies and it is important in making life meaningful and also in tolerance of human society, is the commitment to the covenant.

This study set out to examine how stereotypes as social psychological phenomena are enacted in everyday discourse. Besides discussing how ingroups and outgroups are formed in mundane talk, it is argued that stereotypes are ideological constructs that are jointly achieved in social contexts. Moreover, it is assumed that the ways in which stereotypes are constructed and discussed in discourse are informed by a number of underlying moral conceptualizations which might justify the potential face-threatening acts and the impoliteness inherent in prejudiced talk targeted to a third party. The study is an ethnographic case study informed by an eclectic approach to the analysis of data so as to shed light on how the expression of thoughts and feelings are constructed as talk in ordinary social interactions unfolds and what these expressions achieve. The analyses revealed that the construction of outgroup stereotypes is a mutual accomplishment and possibly a face-threatening act moderated by mitigating discourse features

The latter was conducted through the 127 responses from various backgrounds: old and younger generations. The results indicate that (1) Mandarin LL with top-down signs get a higher percentage than bottom-up signs in which Mandarin is in the fourth position, (2) the utilization of Mandarin in LL is to reveal their identity of the LL owner, (3) it is not vital to display Mandarin in LL due to the lack knowledge of it. Even if societies have negative perceptions of Mandarin, they confess that Mandarin is extensively spread due to its fast growth in any sector.
