چکیده
هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش جهاد تبیین در برنامه ریزی فرهنگی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد و ضمن بررسی نوع رابطه بین شاخصهای جهاد تبیین در توسعه برنامه های فرهنگی، وضعیت پایداری الگوی موجود دانشگاه فرهنگیان را بررسی و عوامل کلیدی برای تحقق اهداف تحقیق نیز استخراج شد. روش: برای بررسی نوع رابطه شاخصها از محیط اسمارت پی.ال.اس و برای بیان وضعیت الگوی دانشگاه و استخراج عوامل کلیدی از محیط نرم افزار میک مک بهره برده شد. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از محیط اسمارت پی.ال.اس نشان داد که سطح معناداری شاخصها بیش از 58/2 و خود نشانگر معناداری در سطح 99/0 درصد بود. برازش صورت گرفته نیز مقدار مطلوبی را نشان داد. در وهله بعد برای بررسی الگوی جهاد تببین در برنامه های فرهنگی دانشگاههای فرهنگی تهران، 74 شاخص در پنج بعد استفاده شد که در نهایت، 10 شاخص به عنوان عوامل کلیدی استخراج شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین جهاد تبیین و برنامه ریزی فرهنگی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان وجود داشت؛ اما الگوی موجود در دانشگاه، وضعیت ناپایداری را نشان داد و بر این اساس، برای به تعادل رسیدن، توجه به شاخصهای کلیدی حاصل از تحقیق، ضروری شد.The role of jihad explanation in the cultural planning of Farhangian University students
Entering the age of globalization has increased communication and created tensions, so that cultures with higher hegemony impose their demands on other societies. Such conditions have caused the emergence of a new concept in the society by the Supreme Leader, under the title of explanation jihad. In this regard, the present research has tried to explain the role of explanation jihad in the cultural planning of Farhangian University; While examining the type of relationship between the indicators of Jihad Tebayin in the development of cultural programs, to examine the stability of the existing model of cultural universities and to extract key factors in order to achieve the research goals. And MICMAC software environment has been used to express the state of the university model and extract key factors. The results of the research have shown that there was a significant relationship between Jihad of explanation and cultural planning in Farhangian University, but the existing pattern in the university is unstable. Therefore, in order to achieve balance, it is necessary to pay attention to the key indicators obtained from the research.
