چکیده
در منطقه ژئوپلیتیک خلیج فارس عوامل بسیاری توان برهم زدن ثبات سیاسی و امنیتی منطقه را دارد. هر یک از عوامل دارای ابعاد متفاوتی اند و در سطوح متفاوتی قرار دارند. با این حال در منطقه خلیج فارس، مهمترین عاملی که ساخت ذهنی منطقه را تشکیل داده ”رقابت“ است و به عنوان عامل فرادست؛ دیگر عوامل بی ثبات را تحت الشعاع خود قرار می دهد. سئوال اصلی پژوهش این است که ناپایداری و بی ثباتی در منطقه خلیج فارس ریشه در چه عواملی دارد و آیا عاملی وجود دارد که بتواند دیگر عوامل را تحت الشعاع خود قرار دهد و به عنوان عامل اصلی در بی ثباتی منطقه به حساب آید؟ فرضیه مقاله در پاسخ به سئوال پژوهش این است که عوامل متعددی در منطقه وجود دارد که باعث بی ثباتی در منطقه شده اند با اینحال مهم ترین عاملی که ظرفیت ایجاد ثبات و یا بی ثباتی در منطقه خلیج فارس را دارد، ”نظام ژئوپلیتیک“ منطقه است و هر یک از نظام های سیاس ی منط قه در تلاشند تا به یک جای گاه برتر در این ساختار ژئوپلیتیک برسند. نظام های متعدد امنیتی ناشی از ساختار ژئوپلیتیکی و نظم ژئوپلیتیک دوقطبی منطقه ای بوده و زمینه اصلی بروز چالش های سیاسی در منطقه می باشد؛ درحالیکه تغییر ساخت ژئوپلیتیک منطقه منجر به تغییر نظام امنیتی منطقه شده و رویکرد سیاست خارجی دولت های منطقه، ظرفیت خنثی سازی و بلااثر کردن عوامل تنش زای منطقه را خواهد داشت و بستر را برای ایجاد ثبات امنیتی و سیاسی در این منطقه فراهم می نماید. مقاله به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از ابزار کتابخانه ای نظیر کتب، مقالات، اینترنت و مصاحبه با اساتید و نخبگان دانشگاهی مورد نگارش درآمده است.Factors Influencing Political and Security Instability in the Persian Gulf
In the Gulf geopolitical region, many factors have the potential to undermine the region's political and security stability. Each of these factors have different dimensions and are at different levels. However, in the Gulf region, the most important factor that constitutes the region's mental structure is "competition" and, as an outlier, overshadows other instability factors. The main research question is, what are the causes of instability and instability in the Gulf region and is there a factor that can overshadow other factors and be a major factor in regional instability? The hypothesis of the paper in response to the research question is that there are several factors in the region that have caused instability in the region. However, the most important factor that has the potential to stabilize or destabilize the Gulf region is the "geopolitical system" of the region and each of them. Regional political systems are striving to achieve a high place in this geopolitical structure. Multiple security systems stemming from geopolitical structure and bipartisan geopolitical order are the main political challenges in the region, while changing the geopolitical structure of the region results in regional security changes and regional governments' foreign policy approach, neutralizing and disrupting regional factors. Will provide the platform for security and political stability in the region. The article is descriptive-analytical and uses library tools such as books, articles, internet and interviews with professors and academic elites.
