The developments of digital marketing in the banking industry have affected the speed of changing customer demands. Therefore, the ability to quickly and agilely adapt to changes plays a key role in creating competitive advantages. Despite the significant role of agility in responding to changes, so far there is no research that identifies the agility components of the banking industry in digital marketing. Thus, based on the designing methods of qualitative research, and investigating digital marketing experimentally and theoretically, this study presents a new model for digital marketing agility in the banking industry. In this research, the key theoretical dimensions of digital marketing agility are identified and some suggestions for facilitating the model implementation are provided. The findings of this study include important results for marketing managers in the banking industry and indicate what strategic measures are needed to establish agile practices in the structure, processes and communications of their digital marketing from a practical perspective in the context of agile digital marketing.

One of the most important issues for libraries in the age of digital transformation is digital content management from the perspective of resource digitization. The purpose of this article is to examine the challenges of implementing and implementing digital libraries in Iran and to provide solutions to solve it. In this study, using a review of the literature research, the challenges of building and launching digital libraries in Iran were investigated. Then, with using likert scale,the challenge ranked by experts in the field of digital library construction in Iran. These challenges were weighted using the AHP Analytic Hierarchy method. Finally, a framework was devised to solve them. Based on findings there are issues and challenges in the field of human force, copyright and legal issues, information security and protection, confusion in the organization of digital resources, lack of budget, difficulty in accessing digital library software, and its distance from global standards. To solve the challenges of building a digital library, it is necessary to pay attention to the following solutions: Holding training courses to get acquainted with the operation of digital devices, Fair or free use of works, Use of global data identification system, Set an adequate budget for digitizing resources, Creating constructive interactions between experts in the field of digital libraries inside and outside countries to transfer lessons learned globally.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a model of organizational agility in Fars education departments with a digital transformation approach. Methodology: This study is applied research from the perspective of the purpose of agile modeling of education departments' digital transformation strategy. Based on the data collection method, it is mixed research that was done by qualitative-quantitative methods. The participants include experts familiar with the structure and organizational relationships in education. Using the purposive sampling method, 15 people participated in this study. The main tools for collecting data are interviews and questionnaires. The interview consisted of 6 initial questions in a semi-structured manner. Content analysis has been used to identify the underlying categories of the research. The structural-interpretive modeling method has been used to design the initial model. Data were performed in the qualitative phase with ATLAS TI software and the quantitative phase with MicMac software. Results: Using qualitative analysis, the views of experts were identified through content analysis, and 5 categories and 19 components were identified. Then, based on the interpretive structural model, a model was designed for organizational agility of the Department of Education. There are 5 main themes of maturity, visionary leadership, structural flexibility, knowledge-based and socialism, and 19 organizing themes in this model. Conclusion: Education as a knowledge-creating organization acts in a coordinated and directional manner by creating an agile environment, thus providing the necessary platform for increasing the flow of information to create new knowledge and increase added value in its economic fields.

Purpose: The present research has been done with a view to evaluation and ranking of production and management of digital resources in the supply chain of digital libraries. Methodology: The present research is essentially an applied one and the method employed, has been descriptive survey based on Shanon Entropy and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods. Findings: According to our findings, the risks of “Collection development strategy of digital resources” with highest rate of Proximity Coefficient(PC)=%731 stand in the first place and then the other ones in order include: risks of “Management strategy of digital resources at libraries” with PC=%7186, “The high cost of technological changes of information carriers and storage formats” with PC=711 and “Competence of library software in detecting repetitious copies” with PC=%651. Conclusion: 26 risks for production and management of digital resources in the supply chain of digital libraries have been identified and amidst production and management risks of digital resources in the supply chain of digital libraries the risk of” Collection development strategy of digital resources” stands in the first place.
Analyzing Social Engineering Research through Co-authorship Networks Using Scopus Database during 1926-2020(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Hacking the human brain and manipulating human trust to obtain information and get monetary gains is called social engineering. This study aims to visualize and analyze the co-authorship networks in the Scopus citation database's social engineering research from 1926 to 2020. Method: The present quantitative study used the bibliometric method and social network analysis. The study collected data from the Scopus database. A total number of 1994 records were taken as the sample of the study. Researchers used descriptive and inferential statistics and social network analysis to obtain results; to do this, different software types were used in the study (SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Text Statistics Analyzer, ISI.exe, Pajek, and VOSviewer). Findings: The findings indicate the top three sources of publishing and the related subject areas. Furthermore, the top three core authors and countries were identified. Also, the authors with high centrality measures in the co-authorship networks were identified. A large majority of papers had only one author. The Collaborative Coefficient among researchers was 0.36. Based on the results of Spearman's test, there was a significant association between the number of documents, the number of citations, and the rate of total link strength of the countries. Likewise, there was a positive and high significant association between degree and closeness centralities. Conclusion: The researchers' frequently used keywords in this area were social engineering, phishing, and information security; in addition, the frequency of keywords was not compatible with Zipf’s Law. A small sample of keywords will not properly follow Zipf’s distribution.

The aim of this study is to review and redefine the interaction process with information based on a holistic approach. The data required for this qualitative study were collected through semi-structured interviews among 18 individuals and analyzed using thematic analysis. The network of themes making up the information interactions consists of 5 global themes which have been extracted among 23 organizing ones. These themes include the beginning, orientation, networking, and consolidation, which can be interpreted in terms of the symmetry theme as a kind of looking at humans and non-humans in a three-layered context including the internal, external, and technology-tools contexts. The new view of interaction with information has taken it beyond the interpretation scope from the human user’s perspective and observes it alongside non-human factors. As a result of such an approach, the non-human factors in the role of infrastructure and technology-tool context, meet specific and interpretable effects along with human ones, external and internal contexts.

The importance of training in organizations cannot be overlooked. This has motivated organizational decision-makers to look for new ways for achieving proper training in order to reach their organizational goals. Nowadays, one of new approaches to realize the training and gaining an effective output is gamification. Many factors can influence the use of this new approach in organizational training. Therefore, the present research seeks to identify and model the factors affecting on success and failure of gamification in organizational training. Accordingly, qualitative research method is used in this research. Also, three processes is conducted to collect data needed to answer the research question. In the first step, semi-structured interview is used to identify the factors affecting on gamification of organizational training. In the second step, the Interactive Management (IM) method is used to identify and extract the most important factors among the identified factors of the previous step. Finally, Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) software was used to model the factors and determine the causal relationships among them. The results demonstrate seven important factors which are respectively staff demographic characteristics, availability of infrastructure and facilities, staff information literacy, staff attitudes toward gamification, management attitudes towards gamification, gradual inclusion of gamification in the training process, and rich (learning) content. At the end, the research findings have been discussed.

Purpose: The present paper aims at identifying and extracting the dimensions, components, and criteria of digital library evaluation based on experts` opinions and the 5S conceptual framework of Goncalves.Methodology: This was an applied, documentary, and survey research making the best use of the fuzzy Delphi method (to extract criteria and develop the conceptual model), forming a trinity in methodology. To refine the components, and criteria, 20 Iranian and foreign experts were polled about digital libraries in 3 stages. The results of each stage were refined based on Minkowski formula. This was an applied research since it presented the evaluation criteria of Iranian digital libraries, and its results can be practically used, enabling digital libraries to evaluate and examine their status quo, and accordingly plan and enhance their activities. It was a descriptive study based on the research design and data collection method. To gather the data, three methods were used: documentary study, fuzzy Delphi (to extract criteria and develop the conceptual model), and survey, creating a trinity in methodology. Findings: During the three stages of the experts` poll, in Stream component 4 criteria, Structure component 4, Space component 4, Scenario component 5 and in societies component 3 ones were refined and also the results of each stage were refined using the formulas of Cheng and Lin model and ultimately the experts agreed with each other on 20 criteria. Conclusion: A digital library evaluation model was designed with 5 dimensions (components), 20 criteria, and 50 sub-criteria. It was offered to all organizations and universities as an evaluation model for digital library performance examination, so that they properly perceive the efficiency and effectiveness of digital libraries and their services.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the model for removing obstacles and executive mechanisms to implement servant leadership in the health insurance organization to achieve the digital health system. Method: The present research has been exploratory and qualitative. Content analysis method has been used to identify server leadership mechanisms. The statistical population of the study includes employees of different levels of the Health Insurance Organization that 12 people were selected based on theoretical saturation through purposive non-random sampling method. Library methods and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The data analysis method was theoretical coding derived from server leadership theories using MAxqda software. Findings: The results obtained from data analysis show that the components of humility, service, trustworthiness, interaction with employees and collection and ethics are the most important barriers to implementation and executive mechanisms of health insurance servant leadership, respectively. Using MAxqda software, the indicators desired by the experts are prioritized. Conlusion: Accordingly, the most important and effective barriers to the implementation of servant leadership are "inappropriate structure", "moral barriers", "centralism and self-centeredness" and "subordinate conditions", respectively. The components of ethics, cooperation, communication, planning and scientism are among the main mechanisms of servant leadership in the first to fifth priority, respectively.

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to present a change management model in the automotive industry based on general industry policies in the fourth-generation industrial revolution. Method : To achieve this goal, first the effective factors and indicators affecting change management are identified based on the data model of the foundation and then these factors and indicators are categorized. Given that the purpose of this research is exploratory, the use of the grounded theory research method and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors led to the development of research model criteria. Findings : Based on the interviews and previous studies, the factors affecting the management of change in internal and external categories have been identified. Finally, change management strategies have been identified in three components: selecting acceptable managers, using consultants and expert staff, and creating a sense of empathy and trust. Conclusion : The use of expert managers and appropriate leaders causes change management to be implemented productively. Ultimately, these strategies result in increased survival under the components of greater brand acceptance and profitability. Regarding to design an applicable electronic book reading system for children and adolescent, this study’s struggle is to prepare a conceptual model. We used quantitative approach and Delphi method in order to analyze data. In this regard, criterion based sampling is used to identify the research population. 15 experts were identified which had criteria such as having subjective publications, teaching experience, and so on. We supposed that these experts could present more information that we expected to collect. Moreover, 8 electronic book systems were selected to be reviewed, because of their plenty of active audiences, and their international and also standard presence. Firstly identified practical criteria in designing electronic books by extracting them from related resources and checking active systems. These data helped us to prepare primitive version of the checklist and it completed after passing validity control step with participation of three experts. Then the checklist presented to experts in Delphi panel. Finally, consensus on the components was reached after three rounds of Delphi panel. The results showed that in designing electronic books for children, there are five original components. The components are display screen features with 12 criteria, screen organization with 13 criteria, interaction and feedback with 8 criteria, search and retrieval features with 10 criteria, and help and guidance features with 10 criteria. Consequently, display screen features with score of 3,706 and interaction and feedback with score of 3,700 were selected as the most important components in designing electronic book systems by the viewpoints of Delphi experts.

Explosion of information and the continuous necessitate for its effective dissemination to the appropriate users at the right time have created a dilemma for the libraries. It’s become enormously complicated to competently handle and manage the ever-growing volume of digital information and accommodate to the knowledge needs of the users. To solve these problems, libraries are converting their useful resources into digital form and trying to place it on the websites for information sharing. Digital Libraries help the users to access an organized and coherent repository of knowledge and information regardless of their physical location and time and various remote location. The learners can be networked through computers, laptop, mobile and other devices to make a virtual library. Digital Library Software is an important requirement for the creation of a digital library. Various open-source digital library software is available today to serve this purpose. An attempt has been made in this article to explain various kind of Open Source Digital Library Software.

Emotion recognition from speech has noticeable applications within the speech-processing systems. The goal of this paper is to permit a totally natural interaction among human and system. In this paper, an attempt is made to design and implement a system to determine and detect emotions of anger and happiness in the Persian speech signals. Research on recognizing some emotions has been done in most languages, but due to the difficulty of creating a speech database, so far little research has been done to identify emotions in Persian speech. In this article, because of the dearth of a suitable database in Persian to detect feelings, before everything, a database for moods of happiness and anger and neutral (with no emotion) in Persian, including 720 sentences was set up. Then the frequency features of speech signals obtained from Fourier transform such as maximum, minimum, median and mean as well as LPC coefficients were extracted. Then, the MLP neural network was used to detect emotions of happiness and anger. Results show that our algorithm performs 87.74% accurately.

Purpose: Relatively much research has been done into theorizing and its importance. However, the number of studies related to the understanding of contexts is very negligible and so far no framework has been provided including indicators and evaluation methods. This research has been done with the aim of achieving the indicators related to theorizing and subsequently presenting a formula to measure the potential and theorizing capacity of scientific institutes. Method: Library and field methods have been used to collect information. Data were first collected through a checklist and then through the AHP questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among experts and the AHP method was used to analyze the data. Expert Choice software was used to analyze the data obtained from the AHP questionnaire. Findings: The results indicate that the individual index is 9 times more important than the non-individual index in the theorizing process. Pairwise comparison of individual sub-indices showed that "awareness of theorizing" and "research ability” have an equal portion in theorizing. The "coherence of personality traits" is sextuple as important as the "awareness of theorizing”. "Coherence of personality traits" up to sextuple "research ability" can be considered important in the theorizing process. Pairwise comparison of non-individual index sub-indices showed that "communication level" is twice as important as "institutional index level". However, the “effect level" is twice as important as the "communication level". The "communication level" is 7 times more important than the "management index level". The "effect level" can be considered 7 times more important than the "institutional index level". "Institutional index level" is quadruple more important than "management index level". The "effect level" is extremely important compared to the "management index level". Conclusion: Although theorizing is done by a researcher or a group of researchers, ultimately, it is a collective matter, or at least, several components are involved in its formation. Theorizing is a coherent, dynamic, purposeful, and thoughtful practice whose results can lead researchers to recognize the credible generalizable relationship between causes and effects. Finally, the formula Tp= (0.9I + 0.1NI) was presented, which can be used to assess the capacity of theorizing in institutes.

Purpose: The present study aims to provide a model for analyzing the brand-customer relationship on Instagram in the cosmetics industry. Method: In this study, qualitative and quantitative methods have been used to analyze the data. The statistical population in the qualitative phase includes brand marketing experts and in the quantitative phase consists of customers of the cosmetics industry. Sampling has been non-probabilistic and purposeful in the qualitative phase, and random using Cochrane formula in the quantitative phase. Interviews and questionnaires were utilized as data collection tools. Content analysis was used to analyze specialized interviews. Moreover, the identified indicators were validated by Fuzzy Delphi method. Then, using the structural-interpretive method, the initial model is designed and finally, using the partial least squares method, the final model of the research is presented. The analysis of research data in qualitative quantitative phases has been done with MaxQDA software and Smart PLS software, respectively. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a set of practical indicators of brand-customer relationship were identified on Instagram through analyzing experts’ interviews. Findings: The findings reveal that brand performance influences the positioning and creating of brand and brand value. Brand awareness and brand personality are among the indicators that affect brand performance. Furthermore, marketing strategy affects the quality of services. Conclusion: It is recommended that various entertainment tools such as videos, applications, in cyberspace on Instagram be posted and create a happy and fun atmosphere in cyberspace along with humor, contest design, and puzzles related to the type of activity and brands.

Purpose: The research aims to visualize and analyze co-word network, and thematic clusters of the intellectual structure in the field of digital content management during 2010-2020. Method: The study is applied research with a descriptive approach which is conducted by techniques of co-word, and social network analysis. Data analysis and visualization of the co-word network were represented by SPSS, UCINet, and Python programming language. Findings: 8 main clusters are identified. The cluster multimedia content management & retrieval is the most mature and central thematic cluster. The USA and various sub-categories of Computer Science are located in the top ranks of WOS in the field. Most productions were published in 2020. Generally, the Clusters were labeled in two contexts of health and LAM (Libraries, Archives, Museums, and cultural heritage). Conclusion: Content-based management and retrieval are focused on artificial intelligence, decision-supported, knowledge-based and ontological techniques which are conducted as novel approaches and underlying trends in the field.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide a model for the participation of health donors in the direction of digital health developments. There are different types of this partnership, which necessitates the goal of this paper. Method : This research has been done qualitatively and it is exploratory. Theme analysis technique has been used. Also, by examining different patterns related to charitable affairs in the country and abroad, a preliminary pattern was drawn by reviewing domestic and foreign studies. Using the snowball technique, 47 experts were selected in the qualitative section. Using semi-structured interview tools, 47 experts and philanthropists in Fars province were interviewed. The software used is ATLAS TI. Findings : Based on the results, 51 codes were identified. These 51 codes were divided into 8 categories of primary content. These 8 themes are codified plan and roadmap, interaction with donors in policy-making, providing legal facilities to donors, streamlining laws for donors, helping with education in the health sector, creating a culture for health, and spending financial resources in the sectors. Priority is given to costs in the prevention department commensurate with the treatment. Conclusion : Based on the designed model, creating strategy and planning, education and culture, ease of laws and regulations, as well as planning financial resources play an important role in managing the participation of health donors. With clear planning of health programs, benefactors see the clarity of decisions.

Abstract: Research methods: Descriptive-survey The purpose of research is applicant, using Descriptive-survey. The tool of collecting data is questionnaire and the statistical population of this research is 17 people in charge of computer systems in colleges and 75 students. Data analysis is performed with SPSS software version 22. Findings : This study shows that 84.2% due to lack of budget allocation, 71.2% high skills needed in using digital resources, 84.4% taking 8 years and above time to set up a correct system, 88.2% more than 31 devices, 53% 5 servers 76.5% of the devices have chosen over 75% internet connectivity, 47.2% ADSL, 1mb high bandwidth, high use of fiber optics. Results: Lack of budget allocation can be considered the main problem for not creating a digital library. The level of students' skill in using digital resources is at a good level and this can be a great advantage for the University of Tehran to be able to create information resources needed by students and researchers by creating a digital library and due to the technical infrastructure a digital library can be set up conveniently in colleges.
Studying "Bounce Rate" and "Average Visit Duration" on the Iranian University Library Websites: Correlation Analysis(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Nowadays, average visit duration through the university library websites and bounce rate of the web users, are two important factors from the standpoint of Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The main objective of this paper is to study the two mentioned factors in Iranian university library websites and interactive relationship analysis between them. Method: This study opted for the webometrics approach. The research community was 42 library websites of Iranian governmental universities affiliated with the ministry of science, except Payam- Noor and Farhangian. These mentioned websites were analyzed by the descriptive and analytical survey methods. The data had been extracted by the "Similarweb" analytical tool (3 months: January to March 2020). Three software, "SPSS22", "Excel" and "LibreOfficeCalc", were used for data analysis. Findings: The lowest (best) bounce rates from the library website were observed in the websites of the Central Library of Allameh Tabatabai University and the Digital Library of the University of Guilan, respectively. The highest (best) "average visit duration", was observed in the digital library websites of Isfahan university of technology and the university of Tehran, respectively. Conclusion: The "bounce rate" of members of the research community has been observed between 13% and 100%. Also, "average visit duration" has been seen from 0 to 300 seconds. Iranian university library websites from the standpoint, two factors that impacted Google SEO, have been seen in the weak level. In the contemporary era man has become much focused on implication of technology in every sector associated with human development. Knowledge being indispensable center of attention attracts the interest of the researchers to deal with its management from generation to dissemination and ultimately to proper use especially in the field of Science and Technology. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) being an amalgamation of content, experience, and process management; take care of management of knowledge as well as enabling its free flow amongst the employees working in an organization for a common goal. Therefore, the paper is an effort to discuss the concept of Knowledge Management along with a detailed theoretical framework for developing a KM System for any knowledge dealing enterprise. The study can be much helpful which acts as a torch bearer concept for all those organizations especially research institutes that are planning for implementation of such Systems hence lessen their efforts and time.
