In the contemporary era man has become much focused on implication of technology in every sector associated with human development. Knowledge being indispensable center of attention attracts the interest of the researchers to deal with its management from generation to dissemination and ultimately to proper use especially in the field of Science and Technology. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) being an amalgamation of content, experience, and process management; take care of management of knowledge as well as enabling its free flow amongst the employees working in an organization for a common goal. Therefore, the paper is an effort to discuss the concept of Knowledge Management along with a detailed theoretical framework for developing a KM System for any knowledge dealing enterprise. The study can be much helpful which acts as a torch bearer concept for all those organizations especially research institutes that are planning for implementation of such Systems hence lessen their efforts and time.

Purpose : E-tourism is the most cost-effective way to communicate with the target market and to publish information. It is also an easy way for customers to buy travel products. Recent advances in mobile communication technologies are leading the way for the next generation of travel commercial applications. Location-based services are among these facilities available on the mobile platform. These services use mobile tracking techniques to provide users with relevant information at the right time, based on their current location. This study investigates the LBSs value in tourism and their effect on destination brand equity components and tourist behavior.
Method : The sample of the study totaled 210 visitors from Isfahan as one of the popular tourist cities in the world. The research hypotheses were analyzed using Smart-PLS3 software.
Findings : The research findings revealed that LBSs have positive and significant effects on destination brand image, destination brand loyalty and WOM.
Conclusion : As this paper is among the first studies investigating the positive effect of LBS on destination brand equity components and tourist behavior, the findings are beneficial for DMOs and their marketing managers. Due to their potential to create a unique travel experience as well as to personalize and tailor tourism services based on tourists' needs and personal preferences, LBS provide them with significant added value.

The purpose of this study is to identify the components of information illustration related to user experience in the digital library of Allameh Tabatabai University. The research method is thinking aloud protocol and with a qualitative approach. The study population was undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students who were purposefully selected as a sample population of 30 people. Data collection was performed using Morae software, face-to-face observation, researcher's notebook and users' audio files. Findings show that elements such as fonts, color combinations, graphic images and their placement and arrangement in library pages have been of interest to users. Problems include not knowing how to use advanced search, as well as the use of a number of image icons. Based on the evidence, elements such as fonts, color combinations, graphic images, and their placement on page have been important to users. Users considered the suggestion of using animated visual symbols to be necessary to make the appearance attractive and facilitate users' information-seeking behavior, which to a large extent overlaps with and is in line with the principles and basis of information visualization. In this way, the use of eye-catching tools such as blinking characters, in turn, can play a key role in identifying important parts. Using fewer visual elements on the front page to increase the focus of the front page, using navigation features on the search page, and displaying a sequence of retrieved records on the results page were some of the common points that users mentioned.

Purpose: Nowadays, average visit duration through the university library websites and bounce rate of the web users, are two important factors from the standpoint of Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The main objective of this paper is to study the two mentioned factors in Iranian university library websites and interactive relationship analysis between them. Method: This study opted for the webometrics approach. The research community was 42 library websites of Iranian governmental universities affiliated with the ministry of science, except Payam- Noor and Farhangian. These mentioned websites were analyzed by the descriptive and analytical survey methods. The data had been extracted by the "Similarweb" analytical tool (3 months: January to March 2020). Three software, "SPSS22", "Excel" and "LibreOfficeCalc", were used for data analysis. Findings: The lowest (best) bounce rates from the library website were observed in the websites of the Central Library of Allameh Tabatabai University and the Digital Library of the University of Guilan, respectively. The highest (best) "average visit duration", was observed in the digital library websites of Isfahan university of technology and the university of Tehran, respectively. Conclusion: The "bounce rate" of members of the research community has been observed between 13% and 100%. Also, "average visit duration" has been seen from 0 to 300 seconds. Iranian university library websites from the standpoint, two factors that impacted Google SEO, have been seen in the weak level. A significant inversely correlation was obtained between "Bounce Rate" and "Average Visit Duration" in 42 Iranian governmental university library websites with an amount of 0.6.

Purpose :The main purpose of this research was the pathology of strategic human resource management system based on digital transformation governance. The analysis has been done in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company with the grounded theory approach. Method : This research is a heuristic combination of consecutive type and model tooling, model design and compilation based on the criteria designed by the model. Library method and documentary studies were used to collect theoretical foundations. In the qualitative section, using the research method of case study and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors, the criteria of the research model were developed. In order to select a suitable sample from the community of experts and university professors, non-random sampling method, selective purposeful sampling method (snowball) and theoretical saturation criterion were used and from the sample technique of key individuals (experts) 15 people were selected. Findings : Findings show that in the digital transformation path, factors such as employment system balance, equitable distribution of responsibilities, career path management, functional stability, manpower capability, fitness and work environment, individual creativity, political and legal factors, cultural conflict, environmental developments, specific individual and organizational components, and financing influence the strategic human resource management system. Conclusion : In the path of digital transformation in the organization, in order to eradicate organizational harms and improve the productivity of the organization and the workforce, the factors found in this research should be considered and examined so that the organization can progress.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to review and analyze the management, pattern of “Digital Content” based on research published and represent an overview of subjects, methodologies, contexts, and other features which are highlighted in these works. Method: In this study, the systematic literature review was undertaken by retrieving the studies related to “Digital Content Management” published in February 2021 on several databases. Various information of papers collected became the basis for synthesis and analysis. In addition, all the studies were qualitatively evaluated for measuring the validity of researches to present in the synthesis by Evidence-Based Librarianship (EBL) critical appraisal checklist. Findings: the systematic review presents a systematic framework based on research' items in the “Digital Content Management” field. The items include research methodology, a data-gathering tool, and other elements. Conclusion: The hidden subjects in the literature review were extracted and classified. Finally, based on these classes and other extracted information, the goal of the paper was achieved.

Purpose : Considering the competitive space of online businesses, branding would be the key element for achieving a competitive advantage. This study aimed at providing a digital marketing model for online business branding. Method : This was a fundamental study in terms of objective, which was conducted by using the mixed method based on deductive-inductive reasoning. Moreover, the identified indicators were validated by using the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). Data analysis was done through MaxQDA and Matlab software within qualitative and quantitative phases, respectively. Findings : The main categories of the study included marketing strategy, personalization, website design, consumer interaction, product features. Digital branding is at the center of the analytical model with dynamic interaction with four categories mentioned above. The website should be designed flexibly to provide customers with a personalization option. Furthermore, the product/service mix must be based on innovation. Conclusion : The needs and expectations of customers should also be found through interaction with customers. Finally, business management was obtained through marketing strategies.

The purpose of the study is to explore the history and growth of the Indian LIS education system, its sustainability, and describe a critical review of recent UGC proposed Learning Outcomes-based Curriculum Framework (LOCF) syllabi. The formal LIS education which was started before independence with few universities currently witnessed a phenomenal growth of LIS departments/schools in the county. The structured questionnaire and survey methods were used to collect relevant data about availability of various courses and supplemented by searching websites and personal contacts. The findings of the study indicates that that 237 universities/colleges/ polytechnic institutes and professional associations found offering LIS education from six months certificate course to a doctoral research program. The survey revealed that at present B.A. (Hons.), B.Sc. (H), Dip. in LIS (3 years), CLIS, BLIS, MLIS, MLIS (two years integrated), PGDLAN, M. Phil., Ph.D., and D.Litt. courses are available in 31 states and UT of Indian universities/colleges in Library and Information Science. The study also finds that during the span of 20 years (2001-2020) 105 LIS departments came into existence primarily in private universities and colleges. The latest UGC proposed LOCF syllabi for BLIS also examined its acceptability and sustainability as a uniform model curriculum framework for the LIS departments in India, In addition, the study describes key issues, challenges and recommendations to enhance LIS education scenario.

Libraries have long been involved in content management due to their mission and task, but with the advent of the digital age, this content has changed from print to digital. Digital content management is related to storing, organizing, indexing and monitoring digital content used by an organization. Digital content can take many forms, including text files, documents, graphics, images, animations, and audio and video files. This book is a handbook consisting of 15 chapters in the field of research on digital content management and development in libraries, elaborating on various areas such as: Consortia, Digital Libraries, Digital Resource Management, EResources, Information Retrieval, Knowledge Management, Open Access, Repositories, RFID Technology. Even so, in this book, the research topics mentioned have not been studied in depth. In my opinion, considering the thematic importance of the book, it would be better to address newer research topics such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, digital twins, virtual reality, research data management, etc. It is suggested that a new collection consisting of the chapters of the proposed areas be compiled.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the university libraries’ responses to the COVID-19 pandemic and determine their services patterns. Method: This study is a qualitative exploration by collecting data through phone and online interviews of selected heads or assistants of thirteen university libraries. The interview recordings were transcribed with the help of callX software. The content of the interviews was analyzed and coded using MaxQDA software and led to the extraction of 220 initial codes. Findings: Almost all the central libraries of the studied universities limited their in-person services during Covid 19 pandemic but engaged with the users and tried to increase digital and remote services. Revamping their web pages, Flexibility in presenting services, development of information dissemination to users were the most important services and activities that central libraries presented in the pandemic era. Two of the most significant services which they have started during this period are librarian booking and online videoconference interviews with the users. Conclusion: although Covid 19 quickly invaded libraries and reduced the opportunity for a quick response, some of the studied central libraries took advantage of the crisis and provided suitable services to students such as setting up digital reference desks, purchase of software to organize electronic resources in the library, online reference interview with users etc.
Evaluation of COVID-19 Spread Effect on the Commercial Instagram Posts using ANN: A Case Study on The Holy Shrine in Mashhad, Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The widespread deployment of social media has helped researchers access an enormous amount of data in various domains, including the the COVID-19 pandemic. This study draws on a heuristic approach to classify Commercial Instagram Posts (CIPs) and explores how the businesses around the Holy Shrine were impacted by the pandemic. Two datasets of Instagram posts (one gathered data from March 14th to April 10th, 2020, when Holy Shrine and nearby shops were closed, and one extracted data from the same period in 2019), two word embedding models – aimed at vectorizing associated caption of each post, and two neural networks – multi-layer perceptron and convolutional neural network – were employed to classify CIPs in 2019. Among the scenarios defined for the 2019 CIPs classification, the results revealed that the combination of MLP and CBoW achieved the best performance, which was then used for the 2020 CIPs classification. It was found out that the fraction of CIPs to total Instagram posts has increased from 5.58% in 2019 to 8.08% in 2020, meaning that business owners were using Instagram to increase their sales and continue their commercial activities to compensate for the closure of their stores during the pandemic. Moreover, the portion of non-commercial Instagram posts (NCIPs) in total posts has decreased from 94.42% in 2019 to 91.92% in 2020, implying the fact that since the Holy Shrine was closed, Mashhad residents and tourists could not visit it and take photos to post on their Instagram accounts.

Since the accessibility of the internet, cyber literature can function by bringing ease, evolving preferences and mindsets. This research is a survey focused on the opinions of the respondents on the nature of social media cyber literature; of its advantages and effects on the reader. This research is limited to the collective poems on Facebook. The logic is simple; the shortened version is preferred. Poetry is more likely to be used for the interpretation of reader-writer interactivity in cyber literature. The technique is the literary theory of reader reaction with attention to Facebook's reader-writer personalization. The objectives of this article were to expose the impetus of audiences to react to the submitted text, the reasons why they really like it, and what its benefits are. The findings showed that cyber literature is effective in implementing a substitute writing style that also improves writers’ enthusiasm and imagination to make use of the digital content.

Background: The rapid growth of COVID-19 disease in recent days has led to the rapid development of mobile health applications. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the quality of applications which provide information related to Coronavirus in Iran. Method: A systematic search has been conducted in Cafebazaar (Iranian app store) between May-October 2020. The Mobile Application Ranking Scale (MARS) is used to evaluate mobile applications and includes 23 items. Result: After limiting Apps to the criteria specified in the systematic search, 13 mobile applications were downloaded from Bazaar Cafe, which have been evaluated in terms of functionality, engagement, aesthetics, information, and subjectivity. In general, the Apps analyzed in this article are in poor condition in terms of quality. The highest rated app is Mask (2.69) and the lowest score is for Corona (Statistics, video, map) (1.47). Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that coronavirus applications designed in Iran are not in a favorable position in terms of MARS indicators. The lowest average was related to the information indicator. This shows that there is no professionalism in designing applications and it is necessary to pay special attention to evidence-based information in designing self-care and prevention programs of COVID-19.

Purpose: The study attempts to understand the information-seeking behavior of school students of Delhi. Method: It included sources for initiation resources, preferred language, the method used to search information resources, time spent on e- search, etc. The data for the study was collected from nine schools comprising of three government schools and six private schools. The sampling method in the sample selection was closed with the help of the stratified random sampling method. The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science-version24) was used to transform and analyze the data with applied statistical techniques such as Mann-Whitney U Test and Chi-Square test for proportions and content analysis. Findings: Results of the analysis revealed that printed information material is more preferred than electronic information material for both government and private school students. The students use electronic information resources more for recreational purposes than for academic purposes, however, a significant difference in the use of E-resources was observed between government and private school students. Government school students, as well as private school students, were found to prefer and use mobile phones for searching information over other electronic gadgets such as laptops, tablets, etc. however use of Laptops, Kindle and Tablets were found to be significantly higher in private school students in comparison to government school students. Conclusion: Government school students preferred Hindi as a language for information resources whereas Private school students preferred English language information sources. It was found from the study that the information-seeking behavior of Government and Private school students varied significantly.

Background: Official websites of tourism destinations provide an important digital content and are considered as widely-used tools of introducing destinations and presenting tourism products to the potential tourists. Improving the usability of websites helps the tourism destinations in achieving their goals. Websites usability is measured based on different criteria. Purpose: This paper evaluates and compares the usability of Iran and Malaysia official tourism destination websites –which are regarded as quite comparable in their tourism products and market- using seven criteria of content, visual attractiveness, infrastructure, interaction and responsiveness, navigation, customization, and product provision. Method: In order to do this evaluation, pairwise comparison questionnaires of the criteria were developed based on DEMATEL and ANP techniques and were answered online by 10 tourism experts in Iran. Websites’ usability analysis was performed using a combination of two MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) techniques that are DEMATEL and ANP so that the causal relations of the criteria are identified along with the ranking of their significance. Findings: The findings of the research show “infrastructure” as the dispatcher criterion, “product provision” as the receiver, and “content” as the most important criterion in the usability of tourism destinations’ websites. The findings also revealed the superiority of Malaysia’s official tourism website as compared to that of Iran.

Introduction: In the last decade, Six Sigma has emerged as a systematic and powerful approach to improving the quality of health care and controlling costs. The purpose of this article is to determine the effect of Six Sigma strategy management on improving the quality of information services in the Children's Medical Center Hospital. Research Method: The methodology of the present study, which is an applied study in terms of purpose, is a descriptive correlational survey. The statistical population of this study consists of all managers, supervisors and experts of the Children's Medical Center Hospital, whose number is 149 people. Cochran's formula has been used to determine the sample size, which according to the statistical population is 94 people. The method of selecting statistical samples is simple random sampling according to the subject and nature of the research. The required data were collected using a standard questionnaire and the data were analyzed using regression analysis through SPSS 23 software. Findings: Research findings showed that fact-based management can account for 26% of changes in the quality of information services, management of resource providers can account for 38% of changes in the quality of information services and management based on facts and information Predict 39% of changes in the quality of information services. Conclusion: Six Sigma is a systematic and statistical approach that aims to identify the shortcomings of process performance and reduce the error of those work and clinical processes that are performed with long time, high cost and poor outcome.

The purpose of the paper was to identify the status of digital resources management in the central library of Allameh Tabatabae’i University based on the open Archival Information System(OAIS) reference Model template .The Methodology and approach was carried out in terms of the nature of the applied and case study method. The director and staff of the Central Library of Allameh Tabatabae’i University were research community. By reviewing the literature and resources available in relation to digital resource management, a six-part log is provided for this research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (calculating abundance, frequency and mean) and interpretation. The Findings was designed to determine the significance of the 6 subsystems of the OAIS model. Among them, the "subsystem of acceptance and processing" with 90%, the access subsystem with 81%, the subsystem of management with 70%, archiving storage subsystem "with 71%, data management subsystem with 59% , Maintenance and Maintenance Planning subsystem "with 52% percent respectively, was obtained for the digital resources management of the Central Digital Library of AllamehTabataba'i University.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine the information retrieval and information therapy behavior of Asthma and allergy specialists in the country, based on cohonen self-organized neural network model. Methods: The methodology of the present study, which is an applied study in terms of purpose, has been done by descriptive-survey method using neural network technique. The tool of this research is a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among a sample of people in the community (149 people). After collecting the data, the neural network was selected for data clustering and using MATLAB software, Asthma and allergy specialists were clustered based on the main components of the research. Then, by removing each of the main sub-components of the research, the most effective and least effective option in their information-seeking behavior in working with information resources in this specialized field was determined. Results: The most effective component in clustering information barriers, was "lack of time due to workload" and the least was "distance of libraries and information centers". About information retrieval skills, the most effective component is " knowing what keywords to use when searching the Internet, and to be familiar with synonyms and terms related to the information I need." Conclusion: By studying the clustering of information behaviors resulting from the information needs of Asthma and allergy specialists, their needs are recognized, and this is one of the measures that provides the basis for effective research, appropriate findings and ,consequently, informational decision-making for those involved in this field.

Purpose: School closures in Iran during the COVID-19 pandemic have caused a movement wave to hold classes online. Although, there had been some online classes for some courses, online teaching, and learning for students and school teachers have been an unprecedented experience; consequently, most teachers and students have a limited experience with it. This paper examines the Perception of Iranian Teachers on Distance Teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic Methodology: The research method was a descriptive survey. Data was collected through an online questionnaire with 5 questions, involving 214 participants from schools in Iran. Findings: The findings show it has been the first experience with online classes for most teachers and Creating content for online classes and low levels of teacher's pedagogical digital competence are of the most significant challenges for teachers.
