بررسی کالاهای دارای مزیت صادراتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در بازار ترکمنستان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
بررسی بازار کشور ترکمنستان و وضعیت صادرات محصولات ایرانی به این کشور به دلیل اهمیت ترکمنستان به عنوان یکی از همسایگان ج.ا.ایران و نیز اشتراکات فرهنگی و تاریخی فیمابین از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار هست. در راستای دستیابی به این امر، هدف از این تحقیق برآورد ظرفیت تجارت میان این دو کشور و یافتن کالاهای دارای توانمندی جهت صادرات از ج.ا.ایران به کشور مذکور در دوره زمانی 2017 تا 2021 می باشد که در این خصوص ضمن بهره گیری از داده های کتابخانه ای و وب های رسمی و بین المللی از شاخص هایی از قبیل مزیت نسبی آشکار شده، پتانسیل ساده تجاری و شاخص باز بودن تجاری استفاده گردید. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر این است که از سال 2017 تا کنون امکان توسعه صادرات ج.ا.ایران به بازار ترکمنستان وجود دارد و همچنین بیشترین توانمندی صادراتی کشورمان به این کشور طی پنج سال اخیر مربوط به محصولاتی از قبیل میله ها از آهن و فولاد، داروها و اسکلت های فلزی بوده است که میزان استفاده از این ظرفیت با توجه به صادرات واقعی کشورمان به ترکمنستان اندک و این امر مستلزم انعقاد موافقتنامه های همکاری فیمابین دو کشور در حوزه معدن و دارو - اعزام و پذیرش هیات های تجاری در حوزه محصولات فولادی، ساختمان و دارو و نیز احداث کارخانجات مشترک در مناطق ویژه اقتصادی در حوزه محصولات اشاره شده، انعقاد موافقتنامه تجارت ترجیحی و همچنین حل و فصل مشکلات پیش روی تجار ایرانی به ویژه در حوزه کالاهای مطروحه از جمله تسهیل در نقل و انتقال پول و تامین واگن می باشدInvestigating Goods with Export Advantage of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Market of Turkmenistan

The findings of the research show that there is a possibility of expanding Iran’s exports to the Turkmenistan market since 2017, and Iran’s greatest export capability to this country in the last 5 years has been related to products such as Iron and steel rods, medicines and metal skeletons, which The amount of use of this capacity is small considering the actual export of our country to Turkmenistan, and this requires Signing of cooperation agreements between the two countries in the field of mining and pharmaceuticals - sending and accepting trade delegations in the field of steel products, construction and pharmaceuticals, as well as create joint factories in special economic zones in the fields of the mentioned products, signing preferential trade agreements and also solving problems In front of Iranian businessmen, especially in the field of mentioned goods, including facilitating the transfer of money and supply of wagons.
