چکیده
مدیریت اسلامی در جامعه ایرانی را می توان یکی از کلیدواژه های اصلی انقلابی دانست که دین اسلام در آن محوریت دارد؛ در این راستا از منظر امام (ره) و مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) سیاست و اخلاق و رفتار فردى و اجتماعى ناشی از آن از دین قابل تفکیک نیست. از نگاه رهبران فرزانه انقلاب، در اسلام قدرت با اخلاق پیوسته است و قدرت عارى از اخلاق، یک قدرت ظالمانه و غاصبانه است؛ بنابراین یکی از الزامات مدیریت اسلامی تعهد و تقید کارگزاران دولت اسلامی به اخلاق اسلامی و رفتار ناشی از آن برای کاربست سیاست در جامعه است که رفتار سیاسی متفاوتی از الگوهای رایج سیاسی در کشورهای دیگر را می طلبد.با هدف شناسایی ویژگی های اخلاق و رفتار سیاسی اسلامی تحقیق پیش رو به این سوال پرداخته که شاخص های اخلاق و رفتار سیاسی کارگزاران دولت اسلامی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) کدامند؟ برای پاسخ به سوال پژوهش، فرمایشات معظم له از سال 1368 تاکنون با استفاده از روش پیشنهادی اترید- استرلینگ که یکی از روش های کدگذاری در تحلیل مضمون است بررسی و این نتیجه حاصل شده که شاخص های اخلاق و رفتار سیاسی مدنظر ایشان را در مولفه های ایمان، بصیرت، تبیین درست، اعتماد، عدالت، شجاعت، قانونمداری، مصلحت شناسی و پایداری با 34 شاخص که در مدل انتهای تحقیق آمده می توان دسته بندی نمود.Components and characteristics of ethics and political behavior of Islamic State agents From the perspective of the Supreme Leader
Islamic management in Iranian society can be considered as one of the main revolutionary keywords in which Islam is central; In this regard, from the point of view of the Imam (RA) and the position of supreme leadership (Madazla-ul-Ali), politics, ethics, and the resulting individual and social behavior cannot be separated from religion. From the point of view of the wise leaders of the revolution, in Islam, power is connected with morality, and power devoid of morality is a cruel and usurping power. Therefore, one of the requirements of Islamic management is the commitment and adherence of the agents of the Islamic state to Islamic ethics and the behavior resulting from it for the application of politics in the society, which requires different political behavior from the common political patterns in other countries.With the aim of identifying the characteristics of Islamic political ethics and behavior, the present research addressed the question of what are the indicators of Islamic political ethics and behavior from the point of view of the supreme leader? To answer the research question, the sayings of His Holiness from 1368 until now were analyzed using the Atrid-Sterling method, which is one of the coding methods in thematic analysis, and the conclusion was reached that the indicators of ethics and political behavior considered by him are in the components of faith, insight, Correct explanation, trust, justice, courage, rule of law, expediency and sustainability can be categorized with 34 indicators that are included in the model at the end of the research.
