چکیده
در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر بانکداری الکترونیک و سرمایه انسانی بر سودآوری بانک ها و نقش تعدیل گری سرمایه انسانی در تأثیرگذاری بانکداری الکترونیک بر سودآوری پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور داده های 16 بانک برای سال های 1390 تا 1398 با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج برآورد معادلات رگرسیونی نشان می دهد که گسترش بانکداری الکترونیک و سرمایه انسانی بر سودآوری بانک های منتخب مثبت و معنی دار بوده است و سرمایه انسانی بیشتر باعث افزایش توان بانک برای بهره مندی از مزایای بانکداری الکترونیک می شود.The Impact of Human Capital and Electronic Banking on the Profitability of Banks
In this study, the effect of electronic banking and human capital on the profitability of banks and the moderating role of human capital in the effectiveness of electronic banking on profitability were investigated. For this purpose, data from 16 banks for the years 2011 to 2019 and generalized method of moments were used. The results of estimation of regression show that the expansion of electronic banking and human capital on the profitability of selected banks has been positive and significant and human capital further increases the bank's ability to enjoy the benefits of electronic banking.
