چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سازمان های مردم نهاد یا NGO ها تشکل های اجتماعی برخاسته از جامعه و غیردولتی هستند که بر اساس قوانین کشور به فعالیت های مختلفی از جمله در حیطه محیط زیست انجام می دهند. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش سازمان های مردم نهاد در توسعه حق بر محیط زیست با توجه به دیدگاه اسلام به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی پرداخته است. یافته ها: بهره مندی از ظرفیت های سازمان های غیردولتی برای ارائه دیدگاه مستقل در جهت ایجاد اعتماد و کمک به اعمال تغییرات رفتاری، فرهنگی، زیست محیطی در جوامع بسیار مهم است. از سوی دیگر، دین اسلام به عنوان مکتبی جامع مسائل مربوط به انسان و محیط زیست را مورد توجه قرار داده و بر تعادل بهره برداری از محیط زیست تأکید کرده است؛ نه اینکه تفریط و تعدی کند. اسلام معتقد است که طبیعت در اختیار انسان است تا به نحوی شایسته و در راستای اهداف و رفع نیازهای جوامع بشری از آن استفاده شود. نتیجه گیری: هرچند سازمان های مردم نهاد و غیردولتی در انجام مأموریت های خود با موانع زیادی مانند عدم درک نقش خود در جامعه مدنی و درک عمومی مبنی بر اینکه دولت به تنهایی مسئول رفاه شهروندان و ساکنان خود است، مواجه هستند.Sociological study of the role of non-governmental organizations in the development of the right to the environment
