حوزه های تخصصی:
The Absoluteness Monotheism based on absolute unity is a point of view that Allameh Tabataba'i explains based on verses and traditions. He criticized the previous philosophers' theory of formational unity and the mystics's theory of personal unity of Being and established a point of view that had an impact on his entire intellectual and philosophical system. He admits that with this point of view, even discussions of predestination and free will are dismissed and irrelevant. Therefore, the problem of predestination and free will must be solved in another way. In this research, we aim to first express the view of The Absoluteness monotheism according to Allameh. Secondly, the ratio of discretion to The Absoluteness monotheism should be checked, It will become clear that with this monotheistic view, issues and problems arise differently, and some questions and contradictions are not raised in the intellectual framework of this monotheistic view and will be irrelevant; It will be clear that according to monotheism, there is only one absolute existence in the universe, and the other entities are conditioned and related to God. A person who accepts monotheism has surrendered himself to God and freed himself from servitude to others, and such a person has the highest level of freedom, because servitude to others is slavery and coercion, and in the shadow of God's servitude, man will achieve full freedom and true happiness.

Theoretical Aspects of Prophetic Justice(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
This article mainly undertakes to discuss theoretical aspects in the Noble Prophet's political conduct. In this article, firstly the necessity and importance of political justice has been explained in three parts. Thereafter, we have undertaken to define the essence of justice and to discuss its levels and principles in the Noble Prophet's thought. Equality, as the most important principle of justice in human societies, has also been dealt with. The final discussion focuses on two standards of justice, namely "the syndrome of justice" and "the main criterion of justice". In this discussion political justice from the viewpoint of the Noble Prophet (s) has two principles, three levels, one beginning point and one cardinal standard. The principles of justice are reason and equality, and the levels of justice are the system of being, society and Human being. The beginning point of justice is the epicenter of power at every level of the political system and naturally higher levels have more importance, and the main standard of justice is an indisputable Islamic principle, namely "do unto others what you would like them do unto you". In political justice, "the method of justice" and "the goal of justice" bring society close to the actualization of justice, and avoiding extreme ends is compatible with ease and tranquility, both of which are the ultimate goals of justice, namely Human's felicity and happiness in the world and the Hereafter.

حوزه های تخصصی:
SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: Since the early centuries of Islam, there have been numerous discussions on the subjects of disbelief and faith, as well as examples of both in Islamic society, which refer to believers and disbelievers. Meanwhile, the authors of sectarian books like “Milal wa Nihal” have tackled this matter from a sectarian perspective, frequently attempting to differentiate the Heretical sects from the Saved ones. Based on this, this research aims to examine the approach of Islamic sect-historiographers on faith and disbelief and happiness and misery. METHOD & FINDING: Based on the works of Islamic Islamic sect-historiographers who have benefited from a descriptive-analytic approach, this study covers the first five centuries of Islamic history. Research indicates that the topic of faith and disbelief in the writings of Muslim sectarians is influenced by the sect to which they belonged, to the extent that the regulation and prioritization of this issue is evident in their works. CONCLUSION: The findings of the research demonstrate that Muslim sectarians occasionally attempt to disparage rival sects in their writings by employing improper language, blaming them for not believing in a Hereafter, or even accusing followers of other sects of being deviant Muslims.
