چکیده
خداوند نخستین دوره رشد انسان را با بازی توأم نموده تا در ضمن بازی بتواند کار بزرگترها را تقلید کند، یکی از راه های تعامل کودکان بازی است. بخصوص بازی های رقابتی و مسابقه ای برای آنان جذابیت زیادی دارند و اگر به درستی انجام شوند، می توانند بر رشد جسمانی و بهبود مهارت های پایه و روابط اجتماعی آنان مؤثر باشد، در حالی که مقایسه استعدادهای کودکان با یکدیگر ممکن است نتیجه عکس را داشته باشد. مقاله در صدد است به بررسی تأثیر مسابقه و مقایسه بر تربیت کودکان پرداخته و محاسن و معایب آن بر روند رشد و تربیت کودکان را بیان نماید. مسابقه و رقابت در شرایط درست به کودکان کمک می کند تا توانایی های خود را بهتر بشناسند، توانایی هایی که در طول زندگی مطمئناً به دردشان می خورد. رقابت کودکان با یکدیگر تأثیر عمیقی بر رشد شخصیت آنها می گذارد. با این حال، خداوند هر انسانی را منحصر به فرد و برای هدفی خاص آفریده است. در واقع هر انسانی توانایی ها و استعدادهای مختص به خود را دارد و مقایسه افراد با یگدیگر غیر اصولی می باشد. مقایسه فرزندان با دیگران نیز رفتاری اشتباه در قبال کودکان و تربیت آنان است که نه تنها موجب رشد و شکوفایی کودک نشده، بلکه با اثرات نامطلوبی که به جا می گذارد مانع خودشکوفایی کودکان می شود. یکی از رایج ترین و اشتباه ترین باورها و رفتارهایی که در جامعه به عنوان یک روش تربیتی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، مقایسه کردن فرزندان با دیگران است.The Effect of Competition and Comparison on Children's Education
God has combined the first period of human development with play. While playing, children can imitate the adults. Playing is one of the ways children learn how to interact. Competitive games in particular are very attractive to children and, if done correctly, can be effective in their physical development and can improve their basic skills and social relationships. However, comparing children's talents with one another may have the opposite result. This article seeks to examine the effect of competition and comparison on children's education and explain its advantages and disadvantages. If done correctly, competition helps children better understand their abilities, and this will certainly come in handy throughout their lives. Children's competition with each other has a profound effect on the development of their personality. However, God has created each human being unique and for a specific purpose. In fact, every human being has his/her own abilities and talents, and comparing people with each other is wrong. Comparing children with one another negatively affects their upbringing. It does not contribute to their growth and development, but rather hinders their self-realization. One of the most common wrong beliefs and behaviors in society is comparing children with one another.
