چکیده
حکومت مطلوب در عصر غیبت حکومتی است که مزایای انواع حکومت های موجود را داشته و از عیوب آنها مبرا باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی انواع حکومت ها و اثبات بهترین نوع آن در زمان غیبت می باشد. برای این منظور با روش صرفاً عقلی، انواع حکومت های موجود که عبارت اند از: دموکراسی، پادشاهی و اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند و با ادله ی عقلی اثبات می شود جمهوری اسلامی تمام مزایای حکومت دموکراسی و پادشاهی را دارد، اما معایب آنها را ندارد. البته علت ناکارآمدی جمهوری اسلامی در برخی زمینه ها از جمله «اقتصادی و معیشت» نه به خاطر ساختار، بلکه به خاطر عدم اطاعت برخی خواص و عده ای از مردم از «ولی جامعه» می باشد؛ خواص با کوتاهی در بصیرت افزایی مردم، و مردم با رأی بدون تحقیق به مسئولین نالایق و ناکارآمد.Good Governance in the Age of Occultation
The ideal government in the age of Occultation is a government that has the advantages of existing governments and is free from their defects. The purpose of this research is to investigate the types of governments and to prove the best type of it during Absence. For this purpose, with a purely rational method, the types of existing governments can be classified as follows: Democratic, monarchy and Islamic government. From this point of view, it is proven with rational evidence that the Islamic Republic has all the advantages of democratic government and monarchy, but does not have their disadvantages. Of course, the reason for the ineffectiveness of the Islamic Republic in some areas, including "economic and livelihood" is not because of the structure, but because of the disobedience of some elites and some people to the "guardian of society". Elites by failing to enlighten people, and people by voting for incompetent and inefficient officials without investigation.
