چکیده
رسانه ها در دنیای امروز جایگاه ویژه و منحصر به فردی در مدیریت افکار عمومی دارند به طوری که نظام های سیاسی تلاش می کنند از رسانه ها برای هدایت و مهندسی ارزش ها و نگرش های جامع استفاده کنند. در واقع رسانه ها یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای مدیریت تغییر و تحولات اجتماعی به شمار می آیند و به واسطه این کارکرد مهم، تاثیر مستقیمی در انسجام ملی و در نهایت امنیت ملی کشورها می گذارد.هدف ازانجام این پژوهش این است که نقش صداوسیما راباکاربست آینده نگاری راهبردی در مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی و ارتقاء امنیت ملی کشور تبیین کند بر این اساس، فرضیه اصلی پژوهش این است که صداوسیما از طریق مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی مبتنی بر پیش بینی و پیش تدبیری و با بهره گیری از آموزه های اسلامی-ایرانی موجب ارتقاء و افزایش سطح امنیت ملی خواهد شد. برای پاسخگویی به این مساله از روش های کیفی-کمی و پرسشنامه بسته استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون های آماری این پژوهش(همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی) نشان می دهد که مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی بر افزایش امنیت ملی کشور توسط صداوسیما تأثیر مثبت دارد و از سوی دیگر آینده نگاری راهبردی نیزبر مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی تأثیر دارد. در نهایت نیز آینده نگاری راهبردی صداوسیما در مدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی با آموزه های اسلامی- ایرانی موجب ارتقاء و افزایش سطح امنیت ملی کشورخواهد شدThe Role of IRIB Strategic Foresight in Managing Social Change and Promoting National Security
In today's world, the media have a special and unique place in the management of public opinion, so that political systems try to use the media to guide and engineer comprehensive values and attitudes. In fact, the media is one of the most important tools for managing social dynamics and because of this important function, it has a direct impact on national cohesion and ultimately national security of countries. The purpose of this study is to explain the Strategic foresight in the management of social change and promotion of national security through the role of IRIB. Accordingly, the main hypothesis of the research is that the IRIB will improve and increase the level of national security through the management of social change based on forecast and foresight along with using Islamic-Iranian teachings. It should be noted that in this essay, the qualitative-quantitative methods and closed questionnaire have been used. The results of statistical tests of this research (correlation and linear regression) show that the on the one hand, IRIB’s management of social change has a positive effect on increasing the national security and on the other hand, strategic foresight has also an effect on the management of social change. Finally, the Strategic foresight of IRIB in managing social change with Islamic-Iranian teachings will promote and increase the level of national security of the country.
