تبیین پیامدهای مکانی-فضایی گردشگری بر روستاهای شهرستان رضوانشهر

چکیده
نواحی روستایی با کارکردهای مختلف، شبکه ای به هم پیوسته از تعامل بین انسان و محیط هستند که در طی زمان و متأثر از عوامل و نیروهای درونی و بیرونی دچار تغییر و تحولات می شوند که این امر طی دو فرآیند مبتنی بر حرکت طبیعی (ارگانیگ) و برنامه ریزی از پیش اندیشیده شده اتفاق می افتد. در دهه های اخیر توسعه فعالیت های خود جوش گردشگری یکی از عوامل مهم در تغییر و تحول سکونتگاه های روستایی بوده است که این فعالیت ها تحولاتی عمیق و بنیادی را در ابعاد مختلف و بخصوص جنبه های کالبدی روستاها بجا گذاشته اند. روستاهای گردشگر پذیر شهرستان رضوانشهر نیز با وجود جاذبه های متنوع گردشگری، در سال های اخیر، با جذب گردشگر، دچار تحولات مختلفی شده اند. در مقاله حاضر که با هدف تبیین پیامدهای ناشی از توسعه گردشگری در روستاهای گردشگر پذیر شهرستان رضوانشهر تدوین گردیده، سعی شده به این پرسش که عوامل اصلی ایجاد پیامدهای متأثر از توسعه گردشگری درسکونتگاه های روستایی از دیدگاه جامعه نمونه کدامند؟ پاسخ داده شود تا از این طریق ابعاد و شاخص های گردشگری پایدار روستایی تعریف شده و در نهایت مدل مفهومی مناسبی برای توسعه گردشگری در مناطق روستایی ارائه گردد. روش تحقیق نیزدراینمطالعهتوصیفی-پیمایشی مبتنی بر تکمیل پرسش نامه بوده است. بدین منظور با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران برای358 سرپرست خانوار از 23 روستای گردشگر پذیر شهرستان رضوانشهر بوده و تمامی مدیران محلی و 8 نفر از مسئولان دولتی پرسش نامه تدوین و تکمیل شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از داده ها نشان می دهد که از دیدگاه جامعه نمونه و مشاهدات صورت گرفته، در شیوه ساخت و ساز، چشم انداز طبیعی روستا، کاربری زمین، مسایل زیست محیطی پیامدها منفی بوده است ولی پیامدهایی مانند ایجاد اشتغال، مستحکم سازی ساختمان، توسعه زیر ساخت ها و افزایش آگاهی های مردم بومی، پیامدها مثبت ارزیابی شده است و در مجموع پیامدهای مکانی - فضایی در روستاهای ساحلی و کوهستانی بیشتر از روستاهای جلگه ای وکوهپایه ای بوده که برای کاهش اثرات منفی و افزایش اثرات مثبت مدل برنامه ریزی راهبردی مشارکتی همراه با نظام مدیریتی یکپارچه جهت حفظ و توسعه محیط روستا به عنوان بهترین راهبرد معرفی می گردد.Explain the Consequences of Spatial Tourism in Villages of Rezvanshahr

The answer is given to the dimensions and indicators of sustainable tourism village defined and finally the conceptual model for tourism development in rural areas, provided. The research method in this study -a survey questionnaire was based on. Therefore, using Cochran's formula for tourists are 351 households from 23 villages Rezvanshahr city and all local administrators group and 8 cases of government officials and the questionnaire has been completed.The results obtained from the data shows that the society and observations, researcher in the manner of construction the rural landscape, Land use, environmental issues, but negative consequences, but such as job creation, strengthen the building, infrastructure development, raising awareness of indigenous people on the positive consequences, and consequences of a total of space - in the More coastal and mountain villages of the plains and foothillsthat to reduce the negative effects and increase the positive effects of strategic planning model partnership with an integrated management system for preserving the environment and the development of the village as the best strategy will be introduced.
