چکیده
در کشور ما رسیدن به توسعه یکپارچه سکونتگاه های روستایی به عنوان راهبرد حفظ سکونتگاه ها مطرح شده است، چرا که این نوع از توسعه در سرو سامان دادن به استقرار بهینه روستاها و حفظ آنها بهترین روش می باشد. برای رسیدن به این نوع از توسعه شناخت فرصت ها ، قوت ها، ضعف ها و تهدیدهای موجود در منطقه می تواند روش مؤثرتر و بهتری باشد تا با شناخت آنها و برنامه ریزی برای استفاده از قابلیت ها و بر طرف نمودن ضعف ها بتوان به یک توسعه یکپارچه و پایدار رسید. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی قوت ها، فرصت ها، ضعف ها و تهدیدها با استفاده از مدل SWOT در بخش احمد سر گوراب شهرستان شفت پرداخته است. برای جمعی آوری اطلاعات در سطح 48 روستا از دهیاری ها و شوراهای روستا پرسش نامه و مصاحبه به عمل آمده است. نتایج این بررسی ها نشان می دهد که این بخش با دارا بودن 48 روستا از نظر محیط طبیعی دارای فرصت های فراوانی است که می تواند در توسعه یکپارچه محدوده مؤثر باشد از جمله توان های محدوده می توان به وجود زمینه های ایجاد فعالیت های مکمل کشاورزی، توان های توریستی طبیعی و زیارتی و پتانسیل های طبیعی بکر را نام برد. از عمده ترین نقاط ضعف محدوده مورد مطالعه می توان به عدم وجود امکانات و خدمات در روستاها و عدم برنامه ریزی در جهت استفاده از فرصت های موجود که موجب عدم پاسخ گویی روستاهای این محدوده به نیازهای جمعیتی، اشاره نمود.Rural integrative development in Ahmad Sar Ghourab district in Shaft using model SWOT
In our counrty , coming to integrative development for rural settlement had been considered as a strategy to protect settlement , since this kind of development of villages and there protection. In other to reach this kind of development, recognizing the opportunities strengths, weakness and threats in the region can more effective and better method until with recognize them and planning to use capabilities and remove the weakness, could reach to a stable and integrative development.Current research using descriptive- analyzing method had been dealt with the investigation of strengths, opportunities weakness and theats using SWOT model in Ahmad Sar Ghourab district in Shaft township.Inorther to collect information in 48 villages, a questionnaire and interview had been carried out from the village farm management and councils. The results from this survey indicate that this district with 48 village plenty of opportunities in nature environment point of view which can effective in this area integrative development. Of the capabilities of this area can refer to some strengths in the area of creating complementary agricultural activities, capabilities of natural and pilgrimage tourist and intact natural polential Of the major weakness point in the studies area could refer to lacking possibilitiesand service in the villages .And lack of planning toward using opportunities had been caused to this issue that the village of this district are not meet their population requirement.
