اثر پروژه بین المللی منارید بر توسعه جوامع محلی (مورد مطالعه: پروژه هامون سیستان) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف مطالعه حاضر، ارزشیابی اثر این پروژه بر توسعه جوامع محلی ناحیه هامون است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش گردآوری و تحلیل اطلاعات، توصیفی - تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، سه روستای کیخا، سنچولی، بلند و شهرک علی اکبر در شهرستان هامون است. داده های میدانی با ابزار پرسشنامهء محقق ساخته و به روش پیمایشی و همراه با مصاحبه گردآوری شد. تعداد نمونه ها برای تکمیل پرسشنامه، 314 خانوار بود که به صورت تصادفی از میان 1717 خانوار انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد این پروژه در بُعد اجتماعی تنها در گویه های (افزایش خودباوری در زمینه ء توانایی های افراد در روستا، افزایش مشارکت زنان خانواده در امور توسعه روستا، همبستگی و ارتباط جمعی بین زنان در روستا، وجود شبکه های اجتماعی و اقتصادی برای دختران و زنان در روستا، امنیت اجتماعی مناسب برای رفت و آمد زنان و دختران)، در بُعد محیطی در گویه های (ترویج و اجرای کلاس های آموزشی از طرف مروجین منطقه، آموزش کشت های متنوع در زمین زراعی)، در بُعد زیرساختی در گویه های (دسترسی به نهاده های مختلف کشاورزی، دسترسی به تعاونی روستایی) تاثیرات مطلوبی داشته است و در سایر ابعاد اقتصادی و کالبدی در هیچ یک از گویه ها اثر مطلوبی نداشته است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل فضایی توسعه جوامع محلی به تفکیک ابعاد توسعه در ناحیه هامون نشان داد، روستای کیخا بالاترین رتبه را در ابعاد (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی، زیرساختی، محیطی) از نظر تاثیرپذیری از پروژه منارید به خود اختصاص داده است.The effect of Menarid International Project on the development of local communities (Case study: Hamoon Sistan project)

Also, the results of spatial analysis of local community development by development dimensions in Hamoon area showed that Kikha village has the highest rank in dimensions (economic, social, physical, infrastructure, environmental) in terms of the impact of the Menarid project.
