چکیده
این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و چارچوب نظری قدرت نرم به دنبال تبیین نسبت جنگ نرم و امنیت فرهنگی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران به طرح این سوال پرداخت که جنگ نرم چگونه درتضعیف امنیت فرهنگی نقش آفرینی می کند. در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح شد که جنگ نرم، باسازوکارهای فرقه سازی، جریان سازی فرهنگی، اشاعه و تحمیل سبک زندگی، ازخود بیگانگی و دامن زدن به شکاف نسل ها با استفاده از ابزارهای رسانه ای به استحاله شدن امنیت فرهنگی کمک می کند. یافته ها نشان می دهد که امنیت فرهنگی محصول سازگاری میان سه سطح نخبگان، مردم و دولت است و ناسازگاری و عدم برنامه ریزی میان این سه سطح منشا ناامنی فرهنگی و بی ثباتی معرفتی می شود. تقویت نخبگان اعم از نخبگان مذهبى، سیاسى و فرهنگى در تعمیق بخشی اشکال ارزش ها و باورها و تبدیل آنها به سمبل های رفتاری، شکل دادن به ذهنیت و رفتار مردم جامعه در تامین امنیت فرهنگی نقش بسزایی دارند.Investigating the Impact of Soft War on the Cultural Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The present article seeks to explain the relationship between soft warfare and cultural security in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The author's main question is sometimes how soft warfare plays a role in undermining cultural security. Acculturalization, dissemination and imposition of lifestyle, alienation and incitement of generational gaps using media tools help to transform cultural security Findings show that based on the theoretical framework presented in this article, cultural security is the product of adaptation It is between the three levels of elites, the people and the government, and the incompatibility and lack of planning between these three levels is the source of cultural insecurity and epistemological instability. Strengthening the elites, including religious, political and cultural elites, play an important role in deepening the forms of values and beliefs and turning them into behavioral symbols, shaping the mentality and behavior of the people of the society in providing cultural security.
