چکیده
تربیت و آموزش جنسی برای ارتقاِ دانش، تغییر نگرش افراد یک جامعه بویژه نوجوانان و جوانان همواره مورد تایید و تاکید بوده است. توانایی افراد در دستیابی به سلامت جنسی و مدیریت آن به عواملی همچون اطلاعات علمی و جامع در دسترس درمورد بدن و نحوه مدیریت صحیح آن، بلوغ، هویت جنسی و گرایش جنسی خود، اختلالات و انحرافات جنسی و همچنین به زندگی در بستری که بر آموزش و سلامت جنسی تاکید می کند و آن را رواج می دهد بستگی دارد. در این مقاله، یافته های حاصل از مطالعه روایت دختران از نیاز به آموزش جنسی جامع در جهت اصلاح فهم جنسی آنها و کاهش پیامدهای منفی منتج از کج فهمی های جنسی گزارش می شود. این پژوهش با روش نظریه زمینه ای و در رویکرد برساخت گرایانه اجرا گردیده است. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، 30 دختر نوجوان 12 تا 18 ساله شهر اصفهان بودند. افراد مشارکت کننده با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند متوالی با رعایت حداکثر تنوع، شامل نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و نظری به پژوهش پیوستند و فرآیند فهم جنسی در تجربه زیسته آنها با تکنیک مصاحبه های انباشتی و روایت گونه مطالعه گردید.بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، روایت دختران را می توان در سه مقوله اصلی محوریت آموزش جنسی جامع، برساخت پازل فهم جنسی، و پیامدهای فهم نابهنگام و ناقص خلاصه نمود. نیاز به آموزش جنسی مفهوم مسلم فرض شده ای در بین نوجوانان است که نیازمند توجه ویژه در راستای بهبود دانش، مهارت و نگرش آنها در سن مناسب و کاهش پیامدهای منفی ناشی از نقصان فهم است.The necessity of comprehensive sexual education based on a grounded theory study among adolescent girls in Isfahan
Sexual education has always been approved and emphasized to improve knowledge and change the attitude of people in a society, especially among adolescents and youths. In this article, the findings from the study of girls' narratives about the need for comprehensive sexual education in order to improve their sexual understanding and reduce the negative consequences resulting from sexual misunderstandings are reported. This research carried out by the method of grounded theory and a constructivist approach. The participants in the research were 30 adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 from Isfahan city. Participants joined the research with the method of purposive and sequential sampling with maximum variation, including snowball and theoretical sampling. The process of sexual understanding in their lived experience was studied with the technique of intensive and narrative interviews. Based on the findings of the research, the narrative of the girls can be divided into three main categories of comprehensive sexual education", "The construction of the puzzle of sexual understanding", and "Consequences of untimely and incomplete understanding". The need for sexual education is taken for granted among teenagers and it requires special attention in order to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes at the appropriate age and reduce the negative consequences caused by lack of understanding.
