چکیده
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، دست یابی به راهبردهای نظامی ارتقاء جایگاه ج.ا.ا در هندسه قدرت نظامی منطقه غرب آسیا می باشد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی- توسعه ای بوده که با روش تحقیق موردی- زمینه ای و با رویکرد آمیخته(کمی و کیفی) تهیه شده است. جامعه نمونه این پژوهش تعداد 50 نفر از خبرگان راهبردی حوزه نظامی هستند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده اند. در این پژوهش؛ روش گردآوری داده ها کتابخانه ای و میدانی است و ابزار جمع آوری آن ها سوالات مصاحبه و پرسشنامه می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های این پژوهش با دو روش توصیفی(محاسبه میانگین، میانه، مد و نمای اطلاعات پژوهش) و استنباطی(استفاده از تکنیک تدوین راهبرد SWOT بهبود یافته) و رتبه دهی فریدمن(برای اولویت بندی راهبردها) انجام گرفته است. شایان توجه است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه نظامیِ و در چارچوب قدرت دفاعی در منطقه موردنظر در حالت تدافعی است؛ بنابراین هم ضعف دارد و هم تهدید؛ لذا لازم است ج.ا.ا با انجام اقداماتی ازجمله: بومی سازی دفاع و ساز و برگ و تجهیزات نظامی، استفاده از ظرفیت نقش آفرینی در حوزه محور مقاومت، استفاده از توانایی قدرت نرم و هوشمند، تکیه بر اصل وحدت فرماندهی، استفاده از توان موشکی و پهپادی، عملیاتی نمودن تحقیقات علمی و دانشگاهی در حوزه نظامی، استفاده از فرصت اقبال مردمی منطقه از ایده های ضداستکباری انقلاب اسلامی، تدوین اقتصاد دفاعی و دور شدن از وابستگی به اقتصاد دولتی به منظور حفاظت از اهداف متعدد حیاتی (نظامی، اقتصادی و ...) در ابعاد وسیع سرزمینی و استفاده از ظرفیت بسیج و مردمی نمودن دفاع، نسبت به ارتقاء جایگاه نظامی خود در منطقه اقدام نماید.Military strategies to promote the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the geometry of military power in the West Asian region
The main purpose of this research activity was to achieve military defense strategies to improve the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the geometry of military power in the West Asian region, which we have discussed in the following summary. This research is of applied-development type which has been prepared by case-based research method and with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The sample population of this study is 50 military experts in the field of strategy who have been purposefully selected. In this research; the method of data collection is library and field and their measurement tools are interview questions and questionnaires. Data analysis of this study was done by two methods: descriptive (calculation of mean, median, extent and appearance of research information) and inferential (using improved Swot strategy) and Friedman ranking (to prioritize strategies). It is eminent that the Islamic Republic of Iran is in a defensive position in the military field and within the framework of defense power in the region; So it has both weaknesses and threats; therefore, it should seek to minimize the losses caused by its threats and weaknesses by making fundamental changes in the process of military activities, merging several organizations with each other, and etc.
