چکیده
هدف: هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس هوش هیجانی ونگ- لاو بود. مقیاس هوش هیجانی ونگ- لاو، یک مقیاس خودگزارشی 16 گویه ای از هوش هیجانی است که بر اساس مدل تجدید نظر شده مایر و سالووی ساخته شده است. روش: روش این پژوهش، تحلیل عاملی بود. جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشگاههای آزاد و پیام نور شهرستان مشهد بودند که از این جامعه و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، 683 آزمودنی انتخاب شدند و به چهار ابزار مقیاس هوش هیجانی ونگ- لاو(WLEIS-16)، سیاهه پنج تای بزرگ(BFI-10)، بهزیستی روان شناختی ریف(RPWS-18) و مقیاس کوتاه رفتارهای پرخطر جوانان(YHBSS-14) پاسخ دادند. نتایج روایی همزمان نشان داد هوش هیجانی با بهزیستی و ویژگی های شخصیتی سازگاری و برون گرایی، همبستگی مثبت(01/0p<) و با ویژگی های شخصیتی روان رنجوری و رفتارهای پرخطر، همبستگی منفی(01/0p<) دارد. پایایی کل نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ، 90/0 به دست آمد. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، ساختار چهار عاملی را شناسایی و نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز ارتباط چهار عامل با سازه هوش هیجانی را تأیید کرد. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته های پژوهش، مقیاس هوش هیجانی ونگ- لاو می تواند ابزاری مناسب برای ارزیابی هوش هیجانی در جامعه ایرانی باشد.Validation of Wang and Low Emotional Intelligence Scale
Wong Law Emotional Intelligence Scale is a 16-item self-report scale of emotional intelligence based on the revised Mayer and Salovey model. The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Persian version of Wong and Law (2002) Emotional Intelligence. The method of this research was factor analysis. The statistical population was the students of Azad and Payam Noor universities in Mashhad. From this population, 683 subjects were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and responded to four instruments including Wong Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS-16), Big Five Inventory (BFI-10), Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWS-18), and Young High-Risk Behavior Short Scale (YHBSS-14). The results of simultaneous validity showed that there is a positive correlation (p<0.01) between emotional intelligence with well-being and the personality traits of agreeableness, extroversion, and significant negative correlation (p<0.01) with the personality trait of neuroticism and high-risk behaviors. The reliability was also 0.90 using Cronbach's alpha method. Exploratory factor analysis identified a four-factor structure and the results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the relationship of four factors with the structure of emotional intelligence.Based on results the Wong Law emotional intelligence scale can be a suitable tool for assessing emotional intelligence in Iranian society.
