شناسایی فرصت های نوآورانه کارآفرینی در صنعت بلندمرتبه سازی شهر تهران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مشکلات کمبود زمین شهری و توجه به رویکردهای زیست محیطی از جمله مباحث انرژی و کاهش سطح دست خورده زمین طبیعی، از دلایل اهمیت صنعت بلند مرتبه سازی است. این پژوهش که در سال 1402 با مدل موریسون انجام شد از نظر روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی و دارای رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) است. در بخش کیفی از روش های گروه های کانونی و مصاحبه ی عمیق و در بخش کمی از روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری کیفی شامل خبرگان، مدیران صنعت و کارآفرینان صنعت بلندمرتبه سازی بود که در مرحله کیفی، 12 نفر و در مرحله کمی، 57 نفر انتخاب شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که کسب و کارها و فعالیت های: ارائه ی آموزش های تخصصی برای تربیت نیروهای در 4 سطح: «تکنسین و کارگر»، «کارشناسی مدیریت پروژه و ساخت»، «مدیریت بهره برداری و ساختمان» و «نیروهای رده تخصصی مهندسی» به اضافه «شناسایی و معرفی سیستم های مدیریت هوشمند ساختمان BMS»، «توسعه ی کسب و کارهای از طریق تحقیق و توسعه» و «معرفی تجهیزات، فن آوری های اختصاصی و نوین صنعت بلندمرتبه سازی» به عنوان فرصت های کارآفرینانه در صنعت بلندمرتبه سازی شهر تهران شناسایی شدند. بدیهی است با توجه به محدود بودن امکانات، می توان با تمرکز بر این محورهای تدقیق شده، به جای توسعه بدون برنامه، به صورت موثرتر صنعت بلند مرتبه سازی را توسعه داد و فرصت های کارآفرینی در این زمینه به وجود آورد.Identifying Entrepreneurial Opportunities for Innovation in Tehran's High-Rise Construction Industry
The problems of lack of urban land and attention to environmental approaches, including energy issues and reducing the lost surface of natural land, are among the reasons for the importance of the high-rise construction industry. This research, conducted in 2023 with Morrison's model, is a descriptive survey and has a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of research method. In the qualitative part, focus groups and in-depth interviews were used, and in the quantitative part, descriptive survey research methods and questionnaire tools were used. The qualitative statistical population included experts, industry managers, and high-level construction industry entrepreneurs, 12 people were selected in the qualitative stage and 57 people were selected in the quantitative stage. The findings showed that the businesses and activities: providing specialized training for the training of forces at 4 levels: "technician and worker", "Bachelor of Project and Construction Management", "Operation and Construction Management" and "Engineering Specialist Category Forces" in addition "Identification and introduction of intelligent BMS building management systems", "business development through research and development" and "introduction of equipment, exclusive and new technologies of the high-rise construction industry" were identified as entrepreneurial opportunities in the high-rise construction industry of Tehran.
