Introduction: Narrative therapy (NT) has a post-modern approach and assumes people as experts that construct their narratives. Aim: This study aims to provide a review of relevant literature from 1995 to 2021 on studies using narrative therapy, considering how to use it, the application of this approach, and its outcomes. Method: This study is a systematic review. According to this method, Web of Science and Scopus depositories was selected because they are acknowledged to contain high quality and high impact studies. Results: Results of this study show that some studies have not clarified how narrative therapy techniques were used and even have conventional outcomes. The others use one or both essential techniques, including externalizing and unique outcomes. Besides, some studies focus on meaning-making and changing discourses. Conclusion: As a result of this review study, studies that have used the essential techniques have increased the efficacy of this approach, including externalizing, unique outcomes, meaning-making, and changing discourses (focusing on language and construction).

Thus, the aim of this study was to explain social-emotional competence based on positive mood Characteristics, self-efficacy in emotion regulation with mediating role of social support of female students. The method used in this research was structural equation modeling correlation, which was performed in Tehran during the academic year 2018-2019 in December and October. 420 female students from all female students with an average age of 17 years in public schools in Tehran in the academic year 2019-2020, were randomly selected by cluster sampling method. (2008), and competence Emotional-social completed by students Zhu and Ei (2012) questionnaires were administered to students. Pearson correlation coefficient test and path analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Data were analyzed using SPSS-21 and AMOS18 software. Based on the presented model (The root-mean-square error (RMSEA) was 0.072, and the square root of the mean squared residual (SRMR) was 0.062, which was less than the criterion (0.08) and thus confirmed the fit of the model. Based on the results, Positive mood traits affect social-emotional competence both directly (P <0.05, β = 0.159) and indirectly through social support (P <0.05, β = 0.204). In order to promote social-emotional competence, social support should consider an effective variable and important intervention priority of educational systems.
Investigating the relationship between personality traits and defense styles of students (girls) with high and low academic performance in Ardabil(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The aim of this study was to compare the personality traits and defense styles of students (girls) with high and low academic performance in Ardabil city in the academic year of 2020-2021.The research method is causal-comparative In this regard, the number of students with high educational performance of 30 people and students with low educational performance were selected as well as 30 students using a multi - stage cluster sampling method. To collect research data, the five-factor personality test (short form) and the defense styles questionnaire of Andrews et al. were used. To analyze the collected data using SPSS-20 software, descriptive statistical methods including mean and standard deviation were used and also standby statistical methods including multivariate analysis of variance were used. The results showed that there is a significant difference between students with high and low academic performance in some personality traits and defense styles so that. The students with high academic performance in the personality traits of extra version (p<0.044) and conscientiousness (P <0.45) got higher scores and students with low academic performance in the personality traits of neuroticism got higher scores. The results also showed that in developed defense styles students with high academic performance (P <0.012) had higher scores and the students with low academic performance in underdeveloped defensive styles (P <0.013) and psychotic defensive styles. Got higher scores. Therefore, according to the findings of the study, it can be concluded that personality traits and defensive styles have a decisive role in students' academic performance.
Recognizing the ESP Course Challenges to Improve the Quality of ESP Program Counseling students(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
This study examined the challenges, perceptions and expectations of students and instructors involving ESP courses which are seen to be significant in determining the effectiveness of ESP programs in Iran setting. It was conducted with 180 students as participants who were requested to answer two kinds of questionnaires. Along with these questionnaires, six ESP instructors attended in semi structures interviews on the challenges of the course and their attitudes and expectations of the course. Additionally, the ESP courses at this university were observed to see how the process of ESP classes is. After obtaining the data through the observation, questionnaires and interviews, they were analyzed to get outcomes. The findings indicate some challenges and expectations which should be regarded in designing the ESP course to improve its quality in Iranian Universities. They include the low language proficiency of students, inexperienced instructors, lack of communicative activities, lack of use of productive language skills, along with the receptive language skills, overcrowded classes and irrelevant and outdated materials in ESP programs. As current instruction is limited to training unique vocabulary and reading via translating texts to the Persian language, the ESP course does not reflect any active participation and motivation of the ESP students and so it turns to be an ineffective course. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that these factors are regarded in designing ESP courses to attain the objectives the courses.
The effectiveness of short-term intensive Dynamic psychotherapy Interventions and twelve-step method in reducing drug temptation and reducing the Projective defense mechanisms of recovering addicts in Tehran province(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of short-term intensive dynamic psychotherapy interventions and the 12-step method in reducing drug temptation and reducing the projective defense mechanism of recovering addicts in Tehran province. The study method was pretest-posttest with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all recovering addicts in Tehran province in 1399, of which 58 people (30 people in the intervention group and 28 people in the control group) were selected using purposive non-random sampling. Data were collected using the Defense Styles Questionnaire (DSQ-40) by Anders et al. (1993) and Wright craving (2003). Data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance. The results of univariate analysis of covariance showed that by controlling the effect of F-tests obtained on the variable mechanisms of projection and temptation "at the level of 0.05 is significant. In other words, there are significant differences in the post-test scores of these variables in the "experimental group" and the "control group". The results of univariate analysis of variance in the first to fourth hypotheses also showed the difference between the two intervention groups and the control group in the variables of drug temptation, defense mechanisms of denial, projection and splitting. It is concluded that short-term intensive scanning psychotherapy and the twelve-step method are effective in reducing drug temptation and reducing the projective defense mechanism of addicts.

The statistical population was the selection of interviewees using snowball-type purposive sampling method, which was stopped in the eleventh interview due to the repetitive text of the interviews and consensus. Based on the results of the interviews and the extraction of challenges, which consisted of 46 two concepts or items, 8 challenges in the content of science and Persian textbooks for first to third grades of elementary school were identified. Also, in the index extraction section, which consisted of 43 concepts or items, 7 effective indicators were identified in the content of science and Persian textbooks for the first to third grades of elementary school.
