Of these patients, 30 patients (15 in each group) were interviewed and the Beck Anxiety Inventory was distributed among them as a pretest. Then, the narrative-focused and solution-focused questioning counseling program was implemented for 8 sessions of 2 hours. After the sessions, the Beck Anxiety Inventory (RCA) was repeatedly administered as a post-test. Results</strong>: The data analysis using content analysis method showed that there is a significant difference between the content narrative-focused and solution-focused questioning in the over anxiety disorder. Also, the result of the covariance analysis indicated that the effectiveness of the narrative-focused method is significantly more than the solution-focused questioning. Conclusion</strong>: Therefore, it can be concluded that the questioning technique is effective regardless of the counseling method, which was used at the level of a common and general change factor.

حوزه های تخصصی:
Mental health is one of the aspects of health. Students of each community are considered the upcoming generation of the community. The aim of this research was to predicting psychological wellbeing from mindfulness and resiliency among adolescents.Research method was descriptive in the form of correlation and research population consisted of all students in Kohgiluyeh province. Using randomized cluster sampling method, a total of 366 students were selected. Participants completed the Baer et al Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Ryff Psychological Wellbeing Scale (PWB). Research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics indices including Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression .Finding showed that there was no significant difference between girls and boys in Mindfulness, resiliency and psychological wellbeing variables. Total score of Mindfulness and psychological wellbeing showed positive significant correlation. Resiliency and psychological wellbeing had a positive significant correlation. Mindfulness Dimensions predicted 69% and resiliency predicted 64% of variance of psychological wellbeing. With regard to these findings, we can conclude that mindfulness and resiliency are the factors contributing to the prediction of psychological wellbeing in students. Based on the results of this study, psychologists and school counselors can have psychological well-being to improve their psychological well-being on the basis of their resiliency and mindfulness to provide educational and therapeutic interventions .</strong>

حوزه های تخصصی:
Sexual satisfaction is affected by a variety of factors. Happiness tends to be a pivotal factor in sexual satisfaction. Unique in its own, in this paper we seek how happiness relates to sexual satisfaction among Iranians. The present research is a semi-experimental research using pre-test, post-test and follow-up design. The research statistical population comprised all the female working staff of Farhangiyan University of Pardis-e Amir Kabir located in Karaj. Individuals whose sexual satisfaction was not related to any types of sexual disorder were selected, out of which 30 individuals were randomly selected and assigned into the experimental and control groups and received eight 90-minute sessions of Fordyce Happiness training (Fordyce, 1983). Sexual satisfaction questionnaire (Divband, 2008) was used to collect the required data and covariance analysis was used for data analysis. results indicated that, the difference between the means of pre-test, post-test and follow-up is significant in the factors of training and group. Put it differently, Fordyce happiness group training was effective in the increase of the score of sexual satisfaction and was significant in the comparison of two groups. With regard to the results it can be concluded that, happiness can be easily considered as a component of life-enhancing quality and introduced as an effective and appropriate method to increase the sexual satisfaction.

حوزه های تخصصی:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on university employees' work procrastination and work performance. This was an experimental study with pretest-posttest control groupdesign. In this study selected 56 employees by Krejcie & Morgan (1970) technique. They were completed Work procrastination(Metin, Taris, & Peeters, 2016) and work performance(McColl, Paterson, Davies, Doubt, & Law, 2000) questionnaires. Then 24 participants who got a high score in work procrastination and low score in work performance were chosen. They were then randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. After that, the experimental group participated in 7 sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy and the control group received no intervention. Both groups were given pre-test and post-test before and after the intervention, respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate analysis of variance). Results indicated that the treatment had a significant effect on reducing work procrastination (F =6.57; P < 0.05), but had no effect on work performance.
Anxiety in quake-stricken children aged 3 to 7: A screening study in Sarpol- Zahab, Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:

Data was collected by Spence Preschool Anxiety Scale (PAS) from 499 mothers with children aged 3 to 7 in Sarpol Zahab city. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS-23 software. The study showed the overall point prevalence for anxiety as 0.47. The highest and lowest prevalence were related to the aspects of physical injury (52%) and separation anxiety (34.3%). In addition, comparing the two groups showed no significant differences in term of anxiety and its components between the two genders. the mean of anxiety prevalence among quake-stricken children was 47%, which was higher than the prevalence of anxiety disorder and its mean in the populations of the previous studies. Given the high effects of stressful events in childhood and the significance of children's mental health in natural disasters, such as quakes, the need for psychological interventions for accurate diagnosis and provision of psychological services to children and families are felt more than ever.
Exploration of indicators of talent from the perspective of the Quran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
Talent is a fundamental quality in humans that entails personal and social differences. However, despite its importance, relatively few empirical studies have addressed identification and assessment of talents. An adequate exploration of any topic will require extensive knowledge about it. The Holy Quran, as the very words of the Creator, who created humans with a certain structure of existence, presents the most comprehensive knowledge. Therefore, this study drew on the Quran to present indicators for talent assessment using a qualitative approach. First, among all verses of the Quran, those with words somehow related to talent were selected, leading to a semantic web, which was then used to create a list of the most relevant words. Next, lexical and conceptual analyses and Quranic usage analyses of these words, along with content analyses of the verses containing them using tadabbur (Quranic Contemplation) methods, marked three words ( ni’mah – pleasant asset, sabīl – course, and faẓl – added privilege) as the main indicators for talent assessment. The findings showed that each of these indicators could be assessed in three areas, or axes, which included level of knowledge, level of yearning and level of access. Finally, the study suggests that, thanks to the comprehensive nature of the knowledge provided in the Quran, exploring the characteristics, components and dynamics of the three main words results in a far more wholistic framework for assessing human talents, which allows for more reliable and applicable results - compared to those provided by individualistic frameworks.
