حوزه های تخصصی:
Aim: the present paper aims at investigating the mediating role of marital conflict about work-family conflict and working women’s job burnout. Method: this research is a descriptive-correlation study. The sample includes 200 women working in Tehran hospitals in 1400, who were chosen through convenient sampling method. In order to collect data, a questionnaire about work-family conflict, job burnout, and marital conflict was used. Moreover, in order to analyze the data, Pearson’s coefficient of correlation was used and AMOS-24 and SPSS-25 were used for path analysis. Results: results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between marital conflict and job burnout (β=0.391, P˂0.001). Work-family conflict also has a significant positive relationship with marital conflict (β=0.221, P˂0.001). According to regression and path analysis, work-family conflict cannot prognosticate job burnout on its own and can express job burnout changes through marital conflict (β=0.086, P˂0.001). Conclusion: due to their traumatic workplace, working women fall under the influence of work stress, which shall lead to job burnout if marital conflict heightens.

حوزه های تخصصی:
The present study was an attempt to investigate the relationship between teachers’ sense of burnout and students’ language achievement in their online classes. To this end, 40 male and female English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers and 100 EFL learners were randomly selected from both public schools and private language institutes. The Oxford Placement Test (OPT) and MBI-ES questionnaire were employed as the instruments of the present study. The researcher distributed MBI-ES questionnaire among the teacher participants and also used OPT test and gave it to 100 students of each class in order to measure their achievement and their language performance. The present study used Pearson correlation in order to find the correlation between the aforementioned variables. Then, after collecting the data about the two above-mentioned variables, the results revealed that there is no significant relationship between teachers’ sense of burnout and students’ language achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Comparing the Effectiveness of Reality Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy on the Symptoms of Love Trauma in women with Love Failure(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
This research was conducted to compare the effectiveness of reality therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on the symptoms of love trauma in women with love failure. This study was a type of applied and quasi-test research using the pre-test-post-test plan with a follow-up test. The statistical population of the research was all the people who were referred to Aramandish and Chaman clinics in Tehran in 2022, 45 people were selected as a statistical sample based on purposeful sampling. 15 people were in group experiment 1 (reality therapy), 15 people were in experiment 2 (excitement) and 15 people were in the control group. The data collection tool was Love Trauma Inventory (LTI), Rosse (1999). Data analysis was done through the analysis of variance tests with repeated measures. The findings showed that reality therapy and emotion-oriented intervention have a significant effect on the symptoms of emotional failure. The results also showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups of experiments 1 and 2 (reality therapy and emotional therapy). Therefore, it can be concluded that both reality therapy and emotion-oriented interventions can be used for emotional failure syndromes.
Emotion Regulation Training on Psychological Resilience of Self-Harming Female Students(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on the psychological resilience of girl students with self-harming behavior. The present study was a semi-experimental study with pre-and post-test with a control group design. The statistical population of the study included all female students aged 12-15 years studying in the elementary and middle school in Tehran in the academic year 2019-2020. Multi-stage random sampling was performed. The sample consisted of 36 girl students who had self-harming behavior that was randomly assigned to two groups (18people emotion regulation training group and 18 people control group). For data collection, we the used Self-Harm Inventory and the Connor‐Davidson resilience scale (CD‐RISC). The experimental group received their emotion regulation training in eight sessions of 60 minutes per week and the control group received no training. One-way analysis of covariance (ANOVA) on the SPSS software version 24 was used for data analysis. The results of the analysis of variance showed that emotion regulation training was effective in improving psychological resilience in students with self-harming behavior. Hence, by designing training programs for the regulation of emotion and including them in the curriculum of students, the necessary basis should be provided to strengthen related skills.

حوزه های تخصصی:
This study aimed to assess the effect of spiritual therapy on psychological resilience and the spiritual well-being of caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test post-test design with control and intervention groups. The statistical population of the study included all caregivers of patients, who were referred to Tehran's hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, for treatment between June and September 2021. Thirty caregivers who were willing to participate in the research were selected as the sample using purposive sampling and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Each group of caregivers consisted of 15 individuals. Both experimental and control groups underwent a pretest on Conner & Davidson's (CD-RISC) Resiliency questionnaire and Spiritual well-being scale (SWBS). The experimental group received fourteen sessions of spiritual therapy (90-minute sessions twice a week), but the control group did not receive any spiritual therapy. In addition to descriptive statistics, Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyze the results and all analyzes were carried out using SPSS-18 software. Findings indicated that spiritual therapy showed a significant difference in the results among the two groups (P<0.001). Results showed significantly increased psychological resilience and the spiritual well-being mean scores of the caregivers in the experimental group compared to the control group after the intervention. Consequently, it is beneficial to implement practices to promote the psychological resilience and spiritual well-being of caregivers. This study provides important implications for clinical practice.
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Intervention on Self-esteem and Self-Criticism of females with binge eating behavior: a quasi-experimental study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
حوزه های تخصصی:
The present paper aimed to investigate rational-emotive behavior therapy on self-esteem and self-criticism of females with binge-eating behavior. A quasi-experimental design was utilized in this study, which involved a control group, a pre-test, and a post-test of samples taken from two clinics in Tehran (Armaghane Salamat and Zehne Aram, district 3), of which 24 females were selected through a purposive sampling method throughout October to December 2019. There were 12 participants in each of the experimental and control groups. Afterward, they were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group (n=12) was treated with rational-emotive behavior therapy, for eight weekly 90-120 minute sessions, while the control group (n=12) did not receive any treatment. All participants were tested using the Rosenberg self-esteem scale (SES)and The Levels of Self-criticism (LOSC) Scale methods. In addition to descriptive statistics, and Normality tests were employed to interpret the results and the SPSS-25 program was used for all the analyses. Considering the results, there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test results for self-esteem (26.93±3.94) and self-criticism (52.40±5.54) indicating that the experimental group’s post-test scores were higher relative to their pretest scores, while the control group’s scores decreased self-esteem from the pretest (22.53±4. 23) to the posttest (21.34±3. 83) and increased self-criticism from the pretest (61.34±6.71) to the posttest (62.34±6.48). The findings showed that rational-emotive behavior therapy could help females with binge-eating behavior. Therefore, this intervention program is recommended for improving self-esteem and mitigating self-criticism among females with binge-eating behavior.
