چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل توسعه ورزش های رزمی و دفاع شخصی در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر است.روش: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی است که برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده ها، آمیخته و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل فرماندهان علوم دریایی، مربیان ورزش های رزمی، مدیران، کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه علوم دریایی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در مرحله اول از طریق تحلیل محتوای پژوهش های انجام شده، کدهای مربوطه استخراج شد و در مرحله دوم پس از مصاحبه با متخصصان، عوامل توسعه شناسایی شد. در مرحله اول و دوم، عوامل شناسایی شده در گروه دلفی بررسی شد؛ در این دو مرحله عواملی که حداقل 70 درصد دارای پاسخ مثبت بودند برای مرحله بعد باقی ماندند. در مرحله نهایی رتبه بندی عوامل شناسایی شده در دو مرحله قبل با استفاده از پرسشنامه پنج گزینه ای لیکرت انجام شد و در این مرحله پرسشنامه در بین 25 نفر از جمله مربیان ورزش های رزمی، مدیران، کارشناسان تربیت بدنی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی پخش شد. برای روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با 6 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی مشورت شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد.یافته ها: بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق مهم ترین بخش عوامل شناسایی شده در بعد آموزش، اجباری کردن ورزش رزمی در دانشگاه علوم دریایی، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (63/10)، همچنین در بعد برنامه ریزی، استفاده از مشوق های شغلی و رفاهی برای حضور مستمر در فعالیت های ورزش های رزمی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه علوم دریایی، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (95/8)، در بعد منابع انسانی، گزینش و به کارگیری فرماندهان ورزشی، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (26/8)، در بعد مدیریت، پیگیری و نظارت قوی مسئولان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه علوم دریایی در زمینه توسعه ورزش های رزمی، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (33/7)، در بعد بودجه و مالی، تخصیص بودجه و نگرش سرمایه گذاری در زمینه ورزش های رزمی در دانشگاه، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (17/4)، در بعد فرهنگی، تدابیر مقام معظم رهبری نسبت به ورزش نیروهای مسلح، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (20/4)، در بعد سیستم و فناوری، مطرح شدن ورزشکاران دانشگاه با استفاده از ظرفیت های رسانه ای سازمان، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (21/4) و در بعد زیرساخت، توسعه و استانداردسازی تجهیزات و اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه علوم دریایی در زمینه ورزش رزمی، دارای بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای (14/3) می باشند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان به عنوان ابزار تحلیلی پیرامون عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش رزمی و دفاع شخصی دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر مبنای عمل قرار گیرد تا به گونه ای منطقی و اصولی به حل چالش های این حوزه و توسعه ورزش رزمی و دفاع شخصی در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر پرداخت.Designing the development model of martial sports and personal defense in Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences Nowshahr
Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to design a model for the development of combat sports and personal defense in Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences, Nowshahr.Method: The current research is a descriptive-analytical research which is mixed in terms of the method of data collection and practical in terms of its purpose. The research community included marine science commanders, combat sports trainers, administrators, physical education experts of the University of Marine Sciences, and students of the University of Marine Sciences who were selected using a targeted and accessible sampling method. In the first stage, the relevant codes were extracted through the content analysis of the conducted researches, and in the second stage, after interviewing the experts, the development factors were identified. In the first and second stages, the factors identified in the Delphi group were examined; In these two stages, the factors that had at least 70% positive answers remained for the next stage. In the final stage, the ranking of the factors identified in the previous two stages was done using a five-choice Likert questionnaire, and in this stage, the questionnaire was distributed among 25 people, including martial arts trainers, managers, physical education experts, and students of the University of Marine Sciences. became.FindingsAccording to the findings of this research, the most important part of the identified factors in the education dimension, making combat sports mandatory in the University of Marine Sciences, has the highest average rank (10.63), also in the planning dimension, the use of job incentives. and welfare for continuous participation in combat sports activities among the employees of the University of Marine Sciences, has the highest average rating (8.95), in the dimension of human resources, the selection and employment of sports commanders, has the highest average rating (8.26), in the aspect of management, follow-up and strong supervision of physical education officials of the University of Maritime Sciences in the field of martial sports development, has the highest average rating (7.33), in the dimension of budget and finance, budget allocation and investment attitude in the field of martial sports in the university. Has the highest ranking average (4.17), in the cultural dimension, the Supreme Leader's measures regarding the sports of the armed forces, has the highest ranking average (4.20), in the system and technology dimension, the promotion of university athletes using The organization's media capacities have the highest average rating (4.21) and in terms of infrastructure, development and standardization of sports equipment and facilities of the University of Marine Sciences in the field of combat sports, they have the highest average rating (3.14).Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it can be used as an analytical tool for the effective factors on the development of combat sports and personal defense of Imam Khomeini Naushahr University of Marine Sciences in order to logically and principledly solve the challenges of this field and develop combat sports and self defense in the university.
