چکیده
درگیری نظامی روسیه در اوکراین که از فوریه 2022 آغاز شده است، دارای ابعاد جهانی بوده و تاثیرات مختلفی بر سیاست، اقتصاد و امنیت نظام بین الملل دارد. در این بین، ارزیابی سناریوهای محتمل از منظر آینده پژوهی از جایگاه خاصی برخوردارند. سئوال اصلی مقاله ی حاضر این است که در صورت استفاده ی روسیه از تسلیحات هسته ای، چه سناریوهایی را می توان متصور شد؟ فرضیه ای که به دنبال سئوال مزبور مطرح می شود این است که استفاده از تسلیحات هسته ای توسط روسیه، در کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت تاثیرات ژئوپلیتیک، ژئواستراتژیک و ژئواکونومیکِ عمده ای برای امنیت جهانی به وجود خواهد آمد. مقاله ی حاضر تلاش می کند تا در چارچوب سناریونویسی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، بعضی از سناریوهای محتمل را در ارتباط با آینده ی این جنگ و تاثیرات آن بر نظام بین الملل با تاکید بر مولفه ی تسلیحات هسته ای، تحلیل نماید. برای این منظور، رئالیسم تهاجمی به عنوان چارچوب نظری انتخاب شده است تا از طریق آن رفتار دولت روسیه در جنگ اوکراین بهتر تبیین شود. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهند که استفاده ی روسیه از سلاح های هسته ای می تواند از یک طرف، واکنش متقابل آمریکا و ناتو را به دنبال داشته باشد و از طرف دیگر، به جای کمک به خلع تسلیحات هسته ای به اشاعه ی آن منجر شود.Possible scenarios about Russia's use of nuclear weapons in the Ukraine war
Russia's military conflict in Ukraine, which began in February 2022 has global dimensions and various effects on the politics, economy and security of the international system. In the meantime, the evaluation of possible scenarios has a special place from the perspective of future studies.The main question of this article:What scenarios can be imagined if Russia uses nuclear weapons? The hypothesis that is raised following the mentioned question is that the use of nuclear weapons by Russia will have major geopolitical, geostrategic and geoeconomic effects for global security in the short and long term. The present article tries to present some possible scenarios in relation to the future of this war and its effects on the international system in the framework of scenario planning and using the descriptive-analytical method with emphasizing on component of nuclear weapons.For this purpose, offensive realism has been chosen as theoretical framework to better explain the behavior of the Russian government in Ukrainian war.The findings of the research show that Russia's use of nuclear weapons can, on the one hand, lead to a mutual reaction by the United States and NATO, and on the other hand, instead of helping to disarm nuclear weapons, lead to its spread
