چکیده
سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) علاوه بر آنکه الگویی برای زندگی مسلمانان است، در مباحث فقهی نیز به عنوان حجت و دلیل مورد استناد قرار گرفته است؛ از این رو، ائمه(علیهم السلام) با استناد به سیره آن حضرت علاوه بر معرفی آن به عنوان الگوی عملی در زندگی انسان ها، به تبیین احکام فقهی نیز پرداخته اند. برای بررسی این موضوع، استنادات ائمه(علیهم السلام) به سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) در برخی از مسائل حج مطالعه شد. پرسش اصلی پژوهش پیش رو این است که سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) در بیان احکام فقهی حج از سوی ائمه: چه نقش وکاربردی داشته است؟ در راستای پاسخ به این پرسش، داده های مرتبط به روش کتابخانه ای گردآوری و با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی تبیین گردید. برآیند این تحلیل آن است که ائمه(علیهم السلام) در بیان برخی از احکام حج به سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) استناد جسته و با این کار علاوه بر برجسته کردن حجیت فعل و سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) ، اتصال و یگانگی رفتار فقهی و عبادی خود را با سیره پیامبرخدا(ص) اثبات کرده اند. این مسئله به تقویت جایگاه ائمه(علیهم السلام) در میان مردم کمک کرده و از سویی الگوی صحیح در عمل عبادی حج را به مردم نشان داده است.Application of the method ( way )of the Messenger of God in jurisprudence (a case study of the citations to the Imams (as) to the method of the Prophet (PBUH) in the rules of Hajj)
The method of the Messenger of God (PBUH) in addition to being a model for the life of Muslims, has also been cited in jurisprudential and scientific discussions as an argument. Therefore, the Imams (AS), in addition to introducing it as a practical model in the lives of human beings, have also explained the rules of jurisprudence by referring to the biography of that Imam. To investigate this issue, the citations of the Imams (AS) to the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) on some issues of Hajj were studied. The main question of the this research is what role and application did the method of the Messenger of God (PBUH) play in expressing the jurisprudential rules of Hajj by the Imams (AS)? In order to answer this question, related data were collected by the library method and explained by descriptive and analytical methods. The result of this analysis was that the Imams (AS) in quoting some of the rules of Hajj have referred to the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) and by doing so, in addition to highlighting the authority of the Prophet (PBUH), the connection and unity of jurisprudential and devotional behavior They have proved themselves with the manners of the Messenger of God (PBUH). This issue has helped to strengthen the position of the Imams (AS) among the people and, on the other hand, has shown the people the correct pattern in the worship practice of Hajj.
