چکیده
همان گونه که در عالم تکوین، بین زن و مرد تفاوتهایی وجود دارد، در مباحث تشریعی از جمله حج، نیز تفاوت هایی میان آنان دیده می شود. این مقاله به طورکامل به بیان موارد مختلف تمایزات احکام زن ومرد در احرام پرداخته است. مهمترین این تفاوت ها عبارتند از: وجوب پوشیدن دو لباس احرام، حرمت پوشاندن سر در حال احرام، منع پوشیدن کفش و جوراب و چیزهای دوخته شده در حال احرام برای مردان و در مقابل زنان نیز از پوشاندن صورت، پوشیدن دست کش و استفاده از زیور آلات غیر متعارف منع شده اند. با نگاهی به تمایزات و تفاوت های بین زن و مرد در انجام این واجب، می توان دریافت که برخی از این تمایزات برگرفته از عفاف زنان و مردان است؛ مانند عدم وجوب پوشیدن لباس احرام، عدم استحباب بلند کردن صدا در هنگام لبیک گفتن و حرمت پوشش جوراب و کفش در حال احرام بر مردان. اما برخی از این تفاوت ها به جهت تفاوت فیزیکی میان مردان و زنان است؛ مانند حرمت زیر سایه قرار گرفتن در حال احرام برای مردان.Jurisprudential analysis of the differences between the rules of women and men In the ihram of Hajj
