چکیده
سازماندهی سیاسی فضا و تقسیمات کشوری از مسائل مهمی است که امروزه دولت ها و حکومت ها برای اداره سرزمین و تقسیم سیاسی- اداری کشور و در راستای دستیابی به توازن و تعادل فضایی در پی تحقق آن هستند. .سازماندهی سیاسی فضا بر اساس معیار و اصولی مشخص و اهداف از پیش تعیین شده در کشور برنامه ریزی و اجرایی می شود. نابرابری ناحیه ای و مکانی از مسائلی است که در امر سازماندهی سیاسی فضا باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. استان گیلان درکرانه ی دریای خزر از دیرباز دارای اهمیت بسیار زیادی در ملاحظات سیاسی و اقتصادی برخوردار بوده و از استان هایی است که از منظر شاخص های سازماندهی سیاسی فضا مانند تراکم جمعیت، سکونتگاه های شهری و روستایی مناسب و.. دارای جایگاه ویژه ای می باشد. لذا با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، نگارنده در این مقاله به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، پس از جمع آوری داده ها از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای، با استفاده از روش تحلیل ماتریس درصدد تبیین تقسیمات سیاسی- اداری استان گیلان براساس سازماندهی سیاسی فضای کشور برآمده است. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است با توجه وسعت استان گیلان که برابر با 14711 کیلومتر مربع و کمتر از 1 % کل وسعت کشور را شامل می شود، درصد نسبی مولفه های تقسیمات سیاسی استان گیلان نشان دهنده کاهش تاثیر استان در سازمان دهی سیاسی فضای کشور و از سوی دیگر درصد نسبی مولفه های تقسیمات اداری استان گیلان نشان دهنده جایگاه ویژه استان گیلان در سازماندهی سیاسی فضای کشورمی باشد. واژگان کلیدی : تقسیمات سیاسی اداری،سازماندهی سیاسی فضا،گیلانAnalysis of political-administrative divisions of Guilan province based on the political organization of the country's atmosphere
Political organization of space and national divisions is one of the important issues that today governments and governments are seeking to manage the land and the political division of the country in order to achieve the balance and balance of space. Regional and territorial inequality is one of the issues that should be considered in the political organization of space.The Guilan province of the Caspian Sea has long been of great political and economic significance and is one of the provinces which is suitable for the indicators of political organization of the space such as population density,urban and rural settlements, etc. It is. Therefore,in view of the importance of the issue,the author of this paper, using descriptive-analytical method, after collecting data through library studies,uses matrix analysis method to explain the political-administrative divisions of Guilan province based on the political organization of the space of the country.Is. The findings of this research indicate that with the size of Guilan province, which is equal to 14711 square kilometers and less than 1% of the total area of the country,the relative percentage of the political divisions of Guilan province shows the decrease of the province's impact on organization. Political space of the country and,on the other hand, the relative percentage of the administrative divisions of Guilan province indicates the special position of Guilan province in organizing the political space of the country.
