چکیده
امروزه معضل کمبود محل توقف وسایل نقلیه به خصوص در مناطق مرکزی شهر، گریبانگیر اکثر شهرهای بزرگ می باشد. پارکینگ های عمومی به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم یک سیستم حمل و نقل شهری مدرن، وظیفه فراهم آوردن سطوحی برای خارج کردن ترافیک ساکن از سیستم شهری و در نتیجه کاهش شلوغی و گره های ترافیکی مرکز شهر را بر عهده دارند. هدف این پژوهش رتبه بندی پارکینگ های عمومی منطقه یک کلانشهر اهواز از نگاه شهروندان می باشد. برای نیل به این هدف از روش کنترل الویت بندی توسط تکنیک TOPSIS استفاده شده است. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی،حیطه میدانی و ماهیت آن توصیفی، نوع روش به صورت پیمایشی است. حجم نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران380 نفر می باشند. در پژوهش حاضر محدوده بافت مرکزی کلانشهر اهواز انتخاب شده است. پس از شناسایی و انتخاب شش شاخص، زیبایی، هزینه، امنیت ، دسترسی، پراکندگی و مساحت با استفاده از تکنیک TOPSIS پارکینگ های عمومی این منطقه رتبه بندی شده اند. نتایج حاصل در این تحقیق نشان می دهد که پارکینگ طبقاتی کارون از نظر شاخص ها در سطح بالایی قرار دارد و پارکینگ های نخل، شاهد، باغ معین، شهید فهمیده در سطح متوسط و پارکینگ های خلیج فارس، رفاه، ساحل کارون، قائم، مهزیار در سطح پایینی قرار دارند.Ranking public parking region 1th of Ahvaz metropolis From the Citizens view using Topsis technique
Today, the problem of the lack of a place to stop vehicles, especially in the central regions of the city, is encountered in most large cities. Public parking as one of the most important components of a modern urban transport system is responsible for providing a level of urban traffic blocking, and thus reduced bustle and traffic jams downtown are responsible.the purpose of this research is to rank the public parking of region 1th of Ahvaz metropolis from the viewpoint of citizens. to achieve this goal, the prioritization control method has been used by TOPSIS technique. the research method is applied in terms of its purpose, its field of study and the nature of the descriptive method. the sample size is 380 according to the Cochran formula. In this research, the central tissue of the metropolitan of Ahvaz has been selected. after identifying and selecting six indicators, beauty, cost, security, accessibility, dispersion and area are ranked by the TOPSIS public parking technique in this region. the results of this research show that Karoon class parking is in the high level in terms of indicators and Nakhl parking, Shahed, Baghmoein, Shahid Fahmidah are in the middle level and Khaligfars Parking, Refah, SahelKaroon, Ghaem, Mahzyar are on the lower level.
