چکیده
امروزه صنعت گردشگری به عنوان سیستم پویا و فراگیر،همه ارکان وجودی یک جامعه وسیستم جهانی را در بر گرفته است.توریسم از بزرگترین صنایع دنیا و وابسته به بخش عمده ای از اقتصاد جهانی ،پدیده ای است که از تحرک بالایی در تغییرات اقتصادی،سیاسی،اجتماعی ومحیطی برخوردار است که با اثر گذاری بربنیانهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، ومحیطی ، اثرات و پیامدهای گوناگونی را در پی دارد.از مسائل و مشکلات بخش گردشگری در ایران نبود جایگاه بخش گردشگردی در نظام برنامه ریزی کشور، برنامه ریزی و ضعف مدیریتی، فقدان برنامه و راهبرد مدون برای گردشگری، ضعف در امکانات زیربنایی و خدمات گردشگری،فقدان فرهنگ پذیرش گردشگر، ضعف آموزش وتبلیغات در زمینه گردشگری می باشد،که تحولات این بخش را با چالش روبرو کرده است. محدوده مورد مطالعه این پژوهش شهرستان صومعه سرا می باشد.این شهرستان با داشتن پتانسیلهای طبیعی و انسانی می تواند به یکی از قطب ههای گردشگری تبدیل گردد و یکی از محورهای مهم گردشگری باشد. مقاله حاضر با تبیین و رتبه بندی شاخص های موثر برتوسعه پایدار گردشگری می باشد.که روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه بوده و بر این فرض استوار است که چه شاخصهایی در توسعه گردشگری شهرستان موثر بوده.نتایج نشان می دهد که این منطقه یکی از زیباترین و با استعداد ترین مناطق در سطح استان است.و یکی از قطب های گردشگری می باشد.وباتوجه به قابلیتها وپتانسیلهای محدوده مورد مطالعه باتحول در امکانات زیربنایی وخدمات گردشگری به لحاظ کمی و کیفی می توان گامهای در زمینه تحولات گردشگری در این محدوه برداشت.Explaining Factors Affecting Tourist Attractions in the City of Somesara, Using a Hierarchical Analytical Model
