چکیده
پارکینگ ها به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین زیرساخت های شهری نقش عمده ای در کاهش پارک حاشیه ای و روانی ترافیک ایفا می کنند. امروزه در کلان شهرها به علت محدودیت زمین و فضا با ایجاد پارکینگ های عمومی مدیریت بهینه در جهت افزایش خدمات دهی به حجم زیادی از وسایط نقلیه اعمال می شود، پارکینگ ها عمومی زمانی می توانند کارایی لازم را داشته باشند که از مکان یابی بهینه فضا - مکانی برخوردار گردند. رشت و شبکه حمل ونقل آن در حال حاضر با مشکل اساسی کمبود پارکینگ جهت کاربری مسکونی و سایر کاربری ها روبرو بوده و بارگذاری فعالیت ها بدون توجه به این کاربری سبب گردیده که این مسئله به تدریج به عنوان یک معضل شهری خود را بروز دهد. این مشکل در نقاط پرتراکم که از کاربری های چندگانه شهری به ویژه کاربری اداری - تجاری و گذران اوقات فراغت برخوردارند خود را به شکل حادی نمایان می سازد شهر رشت به لحاظ عدم برخورداری از شبکه بزرگراهی علاوه بر عبور و مرور داخلی ناحیه، پذیرای حمل ونقل عبوری سایر نواحی استان نیز بوده و عدم مکان یابی بهینه پارکینگ های موجود از مشکلات مهم این شهر است. در این پژوهش به منظور مکان یابی بهینه پارکینگ های عمومی در جهت کارایی بیشتر محدوده مورد مطالعه ابتدا مطالعات اولیه جهت شناسایی معیارهای تأثیرگذار بر انتخاب محل بهینه پارکینگ انجام، و با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ( AHP )، وزن دهی معیارها صورت پذیرفت و در نهایت با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی ( GIS ) محدوده های مناسب جهت احداث پارکینگ های عمومی پیشنهاد گردید.Evaluate and optimize the site selection of public parking’s (case study Rasht city)
Parking is one of the most important urban infrastructures that have a major role in reducing Marginal Park and trafficflow.Nowadays in the megacities due to land and space constraints with creation public parkingapply optimal management to increase services of large content of vehicles,Public parking when can be sufficiently aware effective that have optimal geospatial site selection. Now, Rasht city and transport network its, is encountered with main problem the lack of parking for residential users and other usersand perform the work, regardless of the land use has caused that this problem will occur slowly as a urban problems.This problem in crowded places,that urban multi land use, especially have administrative - business and leisure land usemanifests itself in the form of a serious.since Rasht haven't highway network.in addition to the regional transit it is open to shipping through other parts of the province and non-optimal positioning of the existing parking is on of the main problems in the city.In this study, for optimal site selection of public parkingfor greater efficiency the study area.Initially, was preliminary study to identify influencing factors for optimal Parking site selection, Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)Weighting factors were takenand Finally, using a geographic information system (GIS)were proposed appropriate zones for the construction of public parking.
