جایگاه نقشه ژئومورفولوژی در توسعه فیزیکی سکونتگاه های شهرستان آستارا

چکیده
اکثر سکونتگاه های استان گیلان دارای تنگناهای طبیعی خاصی در توسعه فیزیکی می باشند و از دیدگاه ژئومورفولوژی این مراکز در توسعه فیزیکی خود بامشکلات عدیده ای از قبیل: زمین لرزه، وضعیت سطح آب های زیر زمینی، پیشروی و پسروی آب دریا در سواحل، سیلاب، حرکات دامنه ای وغیره مواجه می باشند. در بسیاری از کارهای مدیریت محیطی و آمایش سرزمینی، مهمترین و مفیدترین کمک ژئومورفولوژیست، نمایش اشکال و عوارض سطح زمین بر روی نقشه های ژئومورفولوژی می باشد، زیرا استقرار و پیدایش سکونتگاه ها بیش از هرچیز تابع شرایط محیط طبیعی (زمین شناسی، توپوگرافی، خاک، هیدرولوژی، آب وهوا) و موقعیت جغرافیایی می باشد. بنابراین پدیده های ژئومورفولوژی در پیدایش، شکل گیری، پراکندگی و توسعه فیزیکی سکونتگاه های شهری و روستایی تأثیر بسزایی دارند. این مقاله در راستای طرح تحقیقی تحت همین عنوان (تهیه نقشه ژئومورفولوژی غرب گیلان با مقیاس1:25000) توسط نگارنده در غرب استان گیلان انجام گرفته است و نتایج نشان می دهد که، پدیده های ژئومورفولوژی نقش مهمی در توسعه فیزیکی سکونتگاه های شهرستان آستارا دارند، برخی از این پدیده ها از قبیل: تپه های ماسه ای سواحل دریای خزر، تالاب استیل (جنوب غرب آستارا)، پادگانه های دریایی اطراف حویق و چوبر، گسل سراسری آستارا و مواد آبرفتی رودخانه های لوندویل، چوبر، حویق و فرآیندهای دامنه ای، تنگناهای را برای توسعه فیزیکی سکونتگاه های محدوده تحقیق به وجود می آورند، بطوریکه برخی از این سکونتگاه ها (شهرک عباس آباد، لوندویل، لمیر، نصرت آباد، کشلی) شکل فضایی آن ها، بر لندفرم زمین منطبق می باشد. روش تحقیق برپایه تحلیل فرم و فرآیند برروی نقشه های توپوگرافی1:25000، زمین شناسی 1:100000، عکس هوایی و در نهایت در چند مرحله بازدید صحرایی تمام اطلاعات و داده ها برروی زمین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. امید است که این کار زمینه ای فراهم سازد تا بتوان اینگونه نقشه ها را در سطح وسیع و پوشش سراسری برای تمام استان های کشور تهیه نمود و گزارش آن را در اختیار سازمان های اجرایی و ادارات قرار داد.The Position of Geomorpholog Maps in Physical Development of Settlements of Astara County
Most of the settlements of Guilan province have certain natural constraints in physical development. In terms of geomorphology, these centers, in their physical development, have problems such as earthquakes, groundwater surface condition, forward and backward on the shores of the sea, flood, range of motion, etc. In many environmental management issues and land use, the most important and useful help of geomorphologist is displaying shapes and surface effects on the geomorphology maps, since the establishment and creation of settlements, above all, depend on normal conditions (geology, topographic, soils, hydrology, climate) and geographic location. Therefore, geomorphologic phenomena have a significant impact on the emergence, formation, distribution, and physical development of urban and rural settlements.This article is part of a research project under the same title (Preparing Geomorphologic Map of the West of Guilan with 1:25000 scale) which was conducted by the author in the West part of Guilan province; the results show that geomorphologic phenomena have an important role in the physical expansion of the settlements in the West of the province, some of which are the Caspian coastal sand dunes, steel wetlands (South West Astara), the Marine barracks around Choubar and Haviq, Global faults of Astara, and alluvial materials of Lavandevil, Choubar, and Haviq rivers, and range of processes, create some problems for the physical development of the settlements of the research area. Research method is based on form and process analysis on 1:25000 topographic maps, geology 1:100,000, aerial photographs, and, finally, at some stages of field visits, all the data on the land was evaluated. It is hoped that this work will provide a basis so that it would be possible to prepare these maps in broad national coverage for all the provinces, and give the report to the administrative organizations.
