نظام سطح بندی خدمات رسانی سکونتگاه های روستایی در شهرستان پاسارگاد

چکیده
مراکز خدمات روستایی نقش بسیار با اهمیتی در ارائه امکانات و خدمات مورد نیاز روستاهای تحت نفوذ خود دارا می باشند؛ زیرا مراکز خدمات رسانی به عنوان پایگاهی برای ایجاد تحرک و میل به زیستن در نواحی روستایی تلقی می شوند. امروزه ساماندهی فضاهای روستایی درسه سطح منظومه، مجموعه و حوزه انجام می شود و البته مکانیابی هر کدام از فضاهای فوق با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی، دسترسی جمعیت، شبکه ارتباطی- زیربنایی، تقسیمات سیاسی- اداری و عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی انجام می گیرد. در این مقاله نظام سطح بندی خدمات روستایی در شهرستان پاسارگاد ارائه شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکردتوسعه ای می باشد و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش های اسنادی و میدانی گردآوری شده است. منابع کسب اطلاعات، نتایج سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن، سالنامه های آماری، شناسنامه آبادی های استان فارس و مصاحبه می باشد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که در سطح شهرستان پاسارگاد، شهرسعادت شهربه عنوان تنها مرکز منظومه روستایی می باشد. همچنین با توجه به معیارها وملاک های مورد بررسی 3 مرکز مجموعه و 7 مرکز حوزه روستایی شناسایی شده استRural Settlemant Service leveling System in Pasargad County
Rural services centers has a great role in presentation of required facilities and services to the villages that are under its governing; because these people in rural regions. today, organization of rural regions implemented in there levels of galaxy. Collection and field and of course, positioning each of above places is performed considering the geographical position, population access, sub structural-relational network, political divisions and economic- social and cultural factors. Rural service leveling system in pasargad county is presented in this work. The research method is descriptive-analytical with development approach and the required data are collected using attributive and fields methods the data sources are census data, statistical yearbooks, Fars province villages identification cold and interview. The results show that in pasargad county, sa’adat shaher is as single rural glalaxy center. In this way a corrding to criterion of controversial is to identify 3 collection centers and 7 filed centers.
