تحلیل و اولویت بندی بررسی کیفیت زندگی محلات شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر جویبار)

چکیده
کیفیت زندگی، به دلیل گسترش روند صنعتی شدن و پیشرفت فناوری که توجه به بعد کمی زندگی انسان را مد نظر قرار می دهد و همچنین به دنبال غفلت از جنبه های کیفی زندگی انسان، طی چند دهه ی گذشته در کشور های غربی مورد توجه اندیشمندان و متفکران علوم انسانی قرار گرفت. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و مقایسه ی کیفیت زندگی محلات شهر جویبار در قالب سه بعد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و کالبدی و 17 شاخص که از طریق مدل آنتروپی شانون انجام شده است. در این راستا، برای رفع اختلاف مقیاس شاخص ها و محاسبه شاخص ترکیبی از روش استاندارد کردن استفاده شده است و همچنین تاپسیس به عنوان روش تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه ای در این تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است و نتیجه ای که از این پژوهش به دست آمده این است که محلات 10 گانه ی شهر جویبار از نظر این شاخص ها در سه گروه کم برخوردار، نیمه برخوردار، برخوردار تقسیم شده اند. در شهر جویبار محلات بالامحل ه، ت ازه آب اد کم ب رخوردار (محروم) و محلات حیدرآباد، جوان محله، باغبان محله، شهرک سپاه در گروه نیمه برخوردار و محلات کلاگر محله، سراج کلا، کردمحله، فقیه محله در طبقه ی برخوردار قرار می گیرند و در پایان کار با استفاده از نرم افزار GIS نقشه ی مربوط به هرکدام از این سطوح ترسیم شده است.Analysis and Prioritiz the Quality of Life Urban Neighborhoods (Case Study: Joybar City)
Due to the expansion of industrialization and development of technology which focuses on quantitative aspect of human life and also due to the ignorance from qualitative aspects of human life, in these recent decade life quality has been mainly considered by western human scientists and thinkers. The goal of this research is to investigate and compare life quality in 3 dimensions which are social, economic and somatic one and 17 indicators through Shannon Entropy in Juybar neighborhoods.in this respect, in order to eliminate differences of scale among indicators and calculate mixed indicator, standardization method has been used. Also TOPSIS model has been used as a multi-criteria decision making method. The results obtained from this study shows that the Juybar’s decuple neighborhoods have been divided to 3 groups of less possessed (poor), semi-possessed and well possessed (wealthy). In Juybar city Bala Mahale and Taze Abad neighborhoods are considered as less possessed, Heydar Abad, Javan Mahale, Baghban Mahale and Shahrake Sepah neighborhoods are considered as semi-possessed and Kalagar Mahale, Seraj Kala, Kord Mahale and Faghih Mahale neighborhoods are considered as well possessed.at the end by using GIS software, adequate map for each of these levels was drawn.
