میزان درجه توسعه یافتگی و سطح بندی خدمات رسانی در دهستان های شهرستان مریوان (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان مریوان)

چکیده
در این مقاله درجه توسعه یافتگی دهستان های شهرستان مریوان براساس مدل های استاندارد شده و کارکردی نوع دوم بررسی و تعیین شده است. ابتدا به معرفی شهرستان مریوان وسپس به بررسی شاخص های انسانی دهستان های مریوان پرداخته شده است. براساس مدل های استاندارد شده، بخش مرکزی بعنوان مطالعه موردی در رتبه دوم و در کارکردی نوع دوم رتبه اول بخش های شهرستان مریوان، مشخص گردیده است. بنا بر شاخص جمعیتی در هر دو روش بخش مرکزی رتبه اول را داراست. برای دستیابی به نتایج مورد نظر 19 شاخص جمعیتی ، سواد، بیکاران و شاغلین، مسکونی، آموزشی- فرهنگی، مذهبی، سیاسی و اداری، خدمات زیر بنایی: مانندآب و برق و گاز، بهداشتی و درمانی، ارتباطات و بازرگانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدیهی است این شناخت تحلیلی- میدانی قطعاً به برنامه ریزان روستایی برای توسعه ناحیه مورد نظرکمک خواهد نمود.این مقاله برگرفته از رساله نگارنده تحت عنوان بررسی میزان توانمندی سه عامل اقتصادی؛ کشاورزی، صنعت و گردشگری در توسعه پایدار روستاهای منطقه مریوان و برنامه ریزی برای آن ها، مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان مریوان می باشد.Developed Measure and Making level of servicing in Town districts of Marivan (Case study: center district of Marivan)
The present article attempts to examine the developmental level of Marivan villages based on standardized and functional models (second type). First, Marivan County has been introduced, and then, human indices of Marivan villages have been presented. Marivan central district, as a case study, has been ranked 2nd and 1st of all districts based on standardized models and functional models (second type), respectively. Besides, it has been ranked 1st based on both models as far as population index is concerned. In order for results to be obtained, 19 cases of population, literacy, employment, housing, educational, cultural, religious, political and administrative indices as well as infrastructure including water, electricity and gas, healthcare, communication and commerce services were analyzed. It proves obvious that such field analytical knowledge will certainly be beneficialto rural planners as far as local development is concerned. This article is based on the researcher’s thesis entitled “a survey of the capability of 3 economic factors of agriculture, industry and tourism regarding sustainable development and planning of rural areas in Marivan; A case study: central district of Marivan.
