تحلیل نظام سکونتگاهی در قالب مجموعه شهری همدان با استفاده از قاعده رتبه- اندازه

چکیده
این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است که با مطالعه اسنادی و روش مشاهده غیر مستقیم از طریق نقشه های موجود و عکس های هوایی پژوهش شده است. محقق هر 27 شهر که جامعه آماری تحقیق محسوب می گردد را در غالب سه ناحیه شمالی، جنوبی و میانی در یک نظام فضایی و سکونتگاهی مورد مطالعه قرار داده است در این پژوهش برای تحلیل نظام سکونتگاهی معیارهای مجموعه شهری با استفاده از قاعده رتبه - اندازه در سطوح ناحیه ای بررسی گردید که نتایج این تحلیل نشان می دهد بجز ناحیه میانی استان هیچ یک از نواحی سکونتگاهی قادر به تشکیل یک مجموعه شهری در مقیاس کلان شهری بدلیل عدم وجود یک شهر مرکزی هماهنگ با معیارهای شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری و نبود پیوند در ناحیه نشدند و لذا جهت ایجاد یک نظام سکونتگاهی متعادل و مجموعه دیگر شهری می بایست در ایجاد پیوند و ارتباط بین شهرها درنواحی شمالی و جنوبی با کاهش مهاجرت روستا شهرها و شهرهای کوچک و تقویت شهرهای نخست این ناحیه از تمرکز بی قاعده در ناحیه میانی با مرکزیت همدان ممانعت بعمل آورد.Analysis the settlement system and determine the urban collection of Hamedan, according to the use of size-rank method
Genesis a new concept by the name of urban region or megalopolis is actually development and extension flow of cities in a settlement system that it has got a determinate area and geographical limits that by increase of population number and area of cities, arises and appearances in different criterions. In this study the researcher has applied to investigation the method of appearance a regional megalopolis by the name of Hamedan on the base of population changes and has studied the cities of province in a regional settlement system by the library and documentary method with population and size-rank oscillation, for the purpose of determine the urban collection of Hamedan megalopolis and its functional beam on the base of architecture and urbanism high council criterion by the use of size-rank method. The result of this study shows that the only urban collection of Hamedan megalopolis will be a middle region with cities such as Hamedan, Marianaj, Bahar, Lalejin, SalehAbad and AsadAbad and southern and northern region do not have the capacity of urban collection with existent criterion.
