بررسی شاخص های اجتماعی- اقتصادی و تأثیر آن بر کیفیت مساکن محلات حاشیه نشین(مطالعه موردی: محله حاشیه نشین شیخ آبادِ شهر قم)

چکیده
مقوله مسکن از مهم ترین بخش های توسعه در یک جامعه است که با ابعاد وسیع اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی خود اثرات گسترده ای در ارائه سلامت و سیمای جامعه دارد. در این میان آنچه که بر کیفیت و کمیت مسکن تأثیر مستقیمی دارد، ویژگی های اقتصادی- اجتماعی می باشد که بازتاب حقیقی کیفیت و رفاه زندگی افراد خواهد بود. اما امروزه با رشد جمعیت و گسترش شهرنشینی، مشکلات عدیده ای از جمله ظهور محلات حاشیه نشین که عمده ترین نماد جهانی در شناخت آن سیما و مساکن نامطالوب است، دامن گیر بسیاری از شهرها به ویژه در کشورهای درحال توسعه شده است. نارسایی های عمده ای که امروزه این محلات در زمینه های مختلف اجتماعی، کالبدی، بهداشتی و به ویژه اقتصادی، با آن مواجه اند، موجب شده تا مسکن ساکنین این محلات که مأمن، پناهگاه، حریم خصوصی و مکانی برای آرامش انسان تلقی می شود، در شرایط مناسبی نباشد.از این رو نگارندگان مقاله حاضر با علم به به اهمیت مقوله حاشیه نشینی، کیفیت مسکن، سلامت زیست و... و با مطالعه مبانی نظری مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش و مطالعات میدانی جامع، به بررسی ویژگی های اجتماعی- اقتصادی و تأثیر آن بر کیفیت مسکن محله شیخ آباد شهر قم به عنوان یکی از شهرهای میلیونی و مهاجرپذیر ایران که با مشکل حاشیه نشینی مواجه اند، پرداخته اند. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی(توزیع380پرسش نامه در میان ساکنین با استفاده از روش کوکران) بوده است. هم چنین جهت تحلیل داده های اخذ شده از مطالعات میدانی، از نرم افزار spssو جهت بررسی و اثبات وجود رابطه و همبستگی بین متغیرها از آزمون (Chi-Square) و من- ویتنی(Man- Wietny) استفاده شده است. نتیجه مقاله حاضر نشان می دهد که مساکن موجود در محله از کیفیت بسیار نامناسبی، به جهت ساختارهای ضعیف اجتماعی- فرهنگی، به ویژه اقتصادی ساکنین، برخوردار است که در نهایت منجر به نزول سطح زندگی، رفاه و امنیت ساکنین، در محله شیخ آباد شده است.Analysis and evaluation of social-economic criteria and their effects on the quality of slum neighborhood houses: Case study, Sheikh Abad neighborhood in Qom city
Housing is one of the most important sectors of development in a society that with wide economical, social, bioenvironmental and body aspects has wide range of effects on providing health and face of community. Meanwhile, what has direct effect on the quality and quantity of housing is the economical-social features that will be a real reflection of the quality and comfort of people’s life. But today with the growth of population and development of citizenship, major problems such as the appearance of slums that are world symbols in recognizing that face and unsuitable houses have become the problem of many cities especially in developing countries. The major shortages that these days these neighborhoods in different social, body, health and especially economical are facing have caused that the houses of the residents of these neighborhoods, which should be the sanctuary, shelter, personal space and a place for relaxing for a man, are in unsuitable conditions. Therefore, the writers of the present paper, with the knowledge of the importance of the concept of slumming, housing quality, life health and,…and with the study of the theoretical ideas related to the research subject and complete field studies, analyses the social – economical features and their effects on the quality of housing in Sheikh Abad neighborhood in Qom as one of the million-populated and migration destination cities in Iran that faces the problem of slums. The research method is descriptive-analytical and data gathering was based on library studies and field studies(distribution of 310 questioners among residents by using Cokeran method). Also, to analyse the gathered data from the field studies, the spss software, and to analyse and prove a relation and correlation between variables the (Chi-Square) and (Man-Wietny) tests were used. The result of the present paper show that the houses in the neighborhood have a very unsuitable quality because of weak social-cultural, especially economical structures of the residents that finally lead to decrease of life level, comfort and security of the residents in Sheikh Abad neighborhood.
