چکیده
منظر شهری و زیباسازی آن یکی از عوامل مهم در ایجاد تصویر ذهنی مثبت و ارتقای تجربه زیباشناختی شهروندان هر جامعه محسوب می شود. درهم آمیختن فنون طراحی منظر با ارزش های زیست محیطی و اکولوژیک، از جدیدترین تدابیر و راهکارهای نیل به توسعه پایدار در عصر حاضر است. جستار حاضر با هدف شناسایی میزان دغدغه و توجه تعالیم اسلامی در رویارویی با مفاهیم یادشده، با الگویابی از مؤلفه ها و رویکردهای مطرح در زیبایی شناسی شهری به تشریح قواعد فقه شهری پرداخته و گستره کارایی آن را مورد ارزیابی و تبیین زیبایی شناسانه قرار داده است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و با مراجعه به منابع کتابخانه ای سامان یافته و با توجه به ماهیت میان رشته ای موضوع به تطبیق و ترکیب نظریات مطرح در دو حوزه زیبایی شناسی و فقه شهری پرداخته است. لازم به ذکر است که مقصود از فقه شهری، سلسله آموزه های شرعی و قواعد فقهی ناظر به آداب و بایسته های شهرنشینی می باشد که حسب تتبع جستار حاضر از دل میراث مکتوب فقهی قابل شناسایی، استخراج و تطبیق با موضوع مزبور است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که با بهره گیری از قواعد موجود در میراث مکتوب فقهی از قبیل قاعده سلطنت، اتلاف، تسبیب و لاضرر، و در آمیختن آن ها با روش ها و رهیافت های زیبایی شناسانه، می توان به کارآمدی و اثرگذاری بیشتر این موازین در مدیریت مکان و منظر شهری نائل آمد. همچنین یافته های تحقیق بیانگر آن است که دغدغه توجه به محیط زیست و رویارویی انسان با فضای شهری از جمله مباحثی است که مورد توجه فقها قرار گرفته است. در این راستا بحث حفظ حریم و امنیت اخلاقی و روانی شهروندان از جمله امتیازات فقه شهری است که باید مورد عنایت بوده و در مدیریت شهری مبنای عمل قرار گیرد..The Explanation of environmental values "In the light of studying the components of urban aesthetics related to the rules of urban jurisprudence"
The role of "urban landscape" and its beautification is one of the important factors in creating a positive mental image and promoting the aesthetic experience of citizens. Combining landscape design techniques with "environmental" and ecological values is one of the newest plans and strategies to achieve sustainable development in the present age. In order to identify the level of concern and attention of Islamic teachings in dealing with the mentioned concepts, the present study has explained the rules of urban jurisprudence by modeling the components and approaches proposed in "urban aesthetics" and urban landscape and evaluates its efficiency. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and has been adjusted by referring to library sources and due to the interdisciplinary nature of the subject, it has applied and combined theories in the two fields of aesthetics and urban jurisprudence. It should be noted that the purpose of urban jurisprudence is a series of religious teachings and rules of jurisprudence related to the customs and requirements of urbanization, which can be identified, extracted and applied to the subject according to the present research from the written jurisprudential heritage. The results of the research show that by using the existing rules in the written jurisprudential heritage such as the rule of Saltanah, Aitlaf, Tasbib and La darar, and in combining them with aesthetic methods and approaches, efficiency and the greater effectiveness of these standards in managing the place and urban landscape becomes more achievable. Also, the research findings indicate that the concern of paying attention to the environment and human encounter with urban space are among the issues that have been considered by jurists. In this regard, the issue of maintaining the privacy and moral and psychological security of citizens is one of the advantages of urban jurisprudence that should be considered and based on action in urban management.
