چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با موضوع تحلیل نظام سکونت گاهی استان ایلام در راستای تعادل بخشی فضایی در چند دهه ی اخیر تا 1390 مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرارگرفته است. با نگاهی به سرشماری های 1355 تا 1390 تغییرات در تعداد و حجم مناطق شهری استان ایلام مشخص می شود. در این تحقیق سعی بر این شده است تا با بررسی آمارهای سکونت گاهی و جمعیتی منطقه مورد مطالعه به بررسی و کنکاش این پدیده و اثرات آن پرداخته شود، اطلاعات این تحقیق با مراجعه به کتابخانه و همچنین سازمان آمار ایران و وارد کردن آن ها در نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و داده های مربوط و مورد نیاز از آن استخراج گردیده است. ماحصل تحقیق مربوطه را می توان این گونه بیان نمود که از عوامل مؤثر نامنظم شدن نظام سکونت گاه های استان ایلام مهاجرت روستاییان می باشد و البته نمی توان که روستاییان را مقصر اصلی پدیده برهم زنی نظام سکونت گاهی دانست؛ زیرا نبود امکانات آن ها را مجبور به این عمل نموده و آن ها به سمت مرکز استان که منبع امکانات می باشد هجوم می آورند و در پایان به ارائه راهکارهایی جهت تعادل بخشی منطقه مورد مطالعه پرداخته شده است که می توان داشتن برنامه کاربردی را از مهم ترین راهکارها دانست.An Analysis of the Settlement System in Ilam for Space Balancing from the Last Decades to 2011
The present study has been analyzed with respect to spatial equilibrium in Ilam province over the last few decades until 2011. A look at the census of 1976 to 2011 shows changes in the number and volume of urban areas in Ilam. The purpose of this research was to investigate and study this phenomenon and its effects by studying the population and demographic statistics of the understudy area. The analysis was performed and the relevant data and requirements were extracted.It was concluded from the present study that one of the effective factors in the irregular settlement system of Ilam province was rural migration and of course the villagers could not be blamed for the disruption of the housing system since the lack of facilities had forced them to do so. As a result, they had rushed to the center of the province, which was regarded as the hub of the facilities and welfare. Finally the researchers presented some solutions to balance the area understudy one of which can be said to have an applied plan.
