چکیده
این نوشتار در نظر دارد تا زمینه های شکل گیری سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی(ناتو) را در برابر اتحاد جماهیر شوروی سابق بر اساس نظریه موازنه تهدید استفان والت را مورد سنجش قرار دهد، بنابراین سئوال این پژوهش این است که شاخص های مطرح شده در نظریه موازنه تهدید استفان والت تا چه اندازه با عوامل موثر در شکل گیری سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی (ناتو) در برابر اتحاد جماهیر شوروی سابق قابل تطبیق می باشد؟ فرض بر این است که شاخص های ذکر شده در نظریه موازنه تهدید والت در شکل گیری سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی (ناتو) علیه اتحاد جماهیر شوروی موثر و قابل انطباق بوده است.روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و در چارچوب نظریه «موازنه تهدید» استفان والت است. اطلاعات لازم با استفاده از شیوه کتابخانه ای و با مراجعه به کتابها، مقالات، و نشریات داخلی و خارجی و منابع اینترنتی گردآوری شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد بر اساس نظریه موازنه تهدید والت شاخص های ذکر شده در شکل گیری اتحادها (مجاورت، قدرت تهاجمی،نیات تهاجمی، افزایش قدرت تهاجمی) در شکل گیری ناتو علیه اتحاد جماهیرشوروی سابق موثر و قابل تطبیق می باشد.Factors influencing the formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) against the Soviet Union from the perspective of the theory of threat balance
This paper intends to examine the background to the formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) against the former Soviet Union on the basis of Stephen Walt's threat balance theory, so the question of this study is that the indicators presented in To what extent is Stephen Walt's theory of threat balance compatible with the factors influencing the formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) against the former Soviet Union? It is assumed that the indicators mentioned in Walt's Threat Balance Theory have been effective and applicable in the formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) against the Soviet Union. Stephen Walt. The necessary information has been collected using the library method and by referring to books, articles, and domestic and foreign publications and Internet resources. Findings show that according to Walt's threat balance theory, the mentioned indicators in the formation of alliances (proximity, offensive power, offensive intentions, increase of offensive power) are effective and applicable in the formation of NATO against the former Soviet Union.
