چکیده
به دنبال مشکلات عدیده ی شهری و جغرافیایی تهران مبحث انتقال پایتخت به عنوان راه حل سروصدای زیادی در محافل آکادمیک و نهادهای دولتی به راه انداخت و در این میان یکی از بحث ها یافتن مکان مناسب برای نقل مکان پایتخت و سنجش و اندازه گیری مؤلفه های مورد نیاز برای این مکان جدید بوده است. هدف این پژوهش امکان سنجی تغییر پایتخت با تأکید بر رویکرد تحلیل فضایی و نظام مطلوب برنامه ریزی شهری است. برای این منظور از بررسی شاخص های نخست شهری، سلسله مراتب شهری و نهایتا از بررسی تاثیر مولفه های کالبدی- عملکردی، مولفه اقتصادی، مولفه فرهنگی- اجتماعی بر سازمان فضایی شهری استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که آمایش فضایی فضای جغرافیایی و شهری با تأکید بر مؤلفه های تحلیل فضایی و نیز ویژگی های نظام مطلوب برنامه ریزی شهری مهم ترین و پر چالشی ترین بخش های طرح انتقالی پایتخت در آینده به شما می روند. با توجه به اهدف پژوهش و نتایج بدست آمده 4 سناریو برای طرح انتقال پایتخت پیشنهاد شد.The Feasibility of Transferring the Capital of Iran Using a Spatial Analysis Approach
Following the many urban and geographical problems of Tehran, the issue of transferring the capital as a solution has been the focus of attention in academic circles and government institutions, and, in the meantime, one of the discussions was to find a suitable place to move the capital and to measure the components needed for this new place. The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of changing capital by emphasizing the approach of spatial analysis and the optimal system of urban planning. For this purpose, the study of prime urban indicators, urban hierarchy, and finally the study of the impact of physical-functional, economic, and socio-cultural components on urban spatial organization was used. The results of this study show that spatial planning of geographical and urban space with an emphasis on the components of spatial analysis and also the characteristics of the optimal urban planning system is the most important and most challenging one. Parts of the capital transfer plan will go to you in the future. According to the objectives of the research and the results obtained, four scenarios were proposed for the capital transfer plan.
