چکیده
به دنبال رشد سریع و گسترش روزافزون شهرها در چند دهه اخیر مسئله کاربری زمین های شهری توجه برنامه ریزان شهری را جلب نموده است و موضوع روز پژوهش های متعدد قرار گرفته است که حاصل آن ها از تغییرات قابل توجهی در زمینه کاربری زمین حکایت می کند، همچنین بدون برنامه ریزی کاربری زمین، نمی توان به الگوی بهینه زیست در شهرها دست یافت. امروزه، برنامه ریزی کاربری زمین شهری، به چگونگی استفاده و توزیع و حفاظت اراضی، ساماندهی مکانی و فضایی فعالیت ها و عملکردها، بر اساس خواست و نیازهای جامعه شهری می پردازد و انواع استفاده از زمین را مشخص می نماید. گسترش فضایی شهرها و ادغام روستاها و اراضی پیرامونی آن ها، یکی از پیامدهای مهم شهرنشینی شتابان است که در مادرشهرهای منطقه ای نمود چشمگیری داشته است. توزیع فضایی عادلانه امکانات و منابع بین مناطق شهری به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین ارکان زندگی مطلوب شهری، از الزامات برپایی جامعه ای پویا، منسجم و مترقی است، اما نابرابری اقتصادی و فقر در جامعه باعث شکل گیری سکونتگاه های غیررسمی و تغییر کاربری اراضی زمین به خصوص زمین های کشاورزی اطراف شهرها شده است. در این پژوهش به مرور برخی از این پژوهش ها پرداخته ایم.The impact of economic inequality on land use planning
