Aim: With respect to strategic planning to meet the problems of various organizations aim of this study to develop appropriate strategic perspectives on Swot analysis for the development of rural pre-school education is koohrang county. Materials and Methods: This was applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational research. Achieving this goal originally formed the 20-member Strategic Council for the development of elementery school tribes and theories help them through interviews, library resources, weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities for the development of elementery school tribes were gathered. Then, using a questionnaire to assess each of these four factors affect weight, a questionnaire was among 50 samples. The population of these research managers, deputies and experts Department of Education, professors and educators, and public release constitute county. The validity of the questionnaire was conducted with the assistance of experts, which shows the validity of the questionnaire was acceptable. Also, to test reliability, the Cronbach\'s alpha coefficient was used 0.88 that was approved. The data analysis swot was used to assess the strengths and weaknesses of rural pre-school education koohrang county. Results: According to the final score matrix evaluation of internal factors (2.51) and external factors evaluation matrix (2.51) showed that the strategy of pre-school place education koohrang county is located in the region SO. Conclusion: Finally, according to the findings of research strategies in the development of elementery school education in rural and nomadic education koohrang county was drafted.

In comprehensive urban development plan, a vision of Tehran has been considered as a world city. Tehran is also considered the regional medical center in the world of Islam in the comprehensive scientific map of Iran. In the era of globalization, medical tourism is a growing market in developing countries and has become one of fields of competition in regional development. According to the importance of strategic planning for the development of medical tourism in the globalization process, the effect of medical service globalization in the mega city of Tehran, and Tehran's response to the requirements are essential to investigate Tehran as a medical tourism destination. This is a descriptive survey and also an analytical and exploratory study. Quantitative and qualitative methods were employed in this research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews with 20 experts and a Delphi questionnaire. In the first step, a desk study was performed and the conceptual model was developed. External (environmental threats and opportunities) and internal (strengths and weaknesses) factors were analyzed by SWOT matrix. According to the SWOT matrix, medical tourism industry was in WO and SPACE matrix confirmed the result of the IE matrix. Percent using four strategies calculated and strategies ranked quantitatively by QSPM matrix as follows: i) Marketing and Information System Development, ii) Public Infrastructure Development, iii) Product Development, iv) Human Resource Development. As Farhangian Universities play a crucial role in educating soon-to-be teachers, the program being developed for students of this university needs to be meticulously developed in order to fulfill the crucial role of teacher training centers. Researchers of this phenomenological study tried to evaluate curriculum specified for TEFL students in Farhangian Universities by the implementation of SWOT analysis. Seven professors of Farhangian University in Mazandaran participated in this study to speak for their perspectives regarding the curriculum’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. They took part in interview conducted by researchers and their comments were transcribed to be segmented and codified in later sections. The findings of this study clearly demonstrated that this program suffers more from weaknesses and there are opportunities which might act as compensation for weaknesses and threats. The significant weakness of this curriculum that was elaborated by participants was misplacement of courses without any observation of necessary content knowledge and pre-requisites. Specification of courses exclusively for teaching was mentioned as one of the important strengths of this university. Participants believed that the first opportunity to be made use of, is to maintain connection with other teacher training centers in Iran and around the world.  

In recent years social networking sites have affected almost all aspects of our lives. The Instagram social network has become popular among people, and there are lots of pages on this social media, which are explicitly presenting English materials to their followers. This non-experimental descriptive study aimed to determine the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of English teaching pages on Instagram . Twelve English teaching pages were observed due to their high number of followers to discover the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. To provide more fruitful points for the SWOT analysis, ten active Instagram users were interviewed. They were asked to fill out a SWOT analysis written interview about Instagram English teaching pages. The interpretative approach and frequency and percentage were used to analyze the data, owing to the nature of the gathered data in this research. Employing the results of this study, admins of English teaching pages can take a forward step to make their pages more beneficial and more effective in the process of English teaching. The findings can also help those scholars or teachers who want to use Instagram to present their services. Being aware of the effectiveness of English teaching pages helps language learners be more cautious about selecting them as a source of learning English.

Due to people's searching for a unique new destination to pass their holidays and release for a while, the province of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiyari in Iran is one of the top touristic destinations in which a combination of huge natural beauty and rich history due to the nomadic lifestyle has made this province as a potential region for eco-tourism development, however this province has not a high volume of tourism flow at this time. To remove this shortcoming of tourism market in the area, in this study a baseline analysis of current situation of tourism industry has been done through in-depth interviews with the main stakeholders in eco-tourism market in the province. The potentials of tourism market in the area have been reviewed through SWOT analysis technique. The results will provide the tourism decision makers the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The main strengths and opportunities of the province is related to environmental and cultural issues due to its unique vast natural environment and nomadic lifestyle, however the main weaknesses and threats of the tourism destination is related to political and technological issues due to global sanctions of Iran and lack of sufficient infrastructure for eco-tourism.

The purpose of this study was to develop a strategic plan for Pahlevani and Zourkanei federation in Iran. The statistical population of this study included members of the federation's board of directors, chairmen of the federation committees, heads of provincial councils as well as sports and management elites. 50 experts participated in this study through total sampling approach. According to the results of the research, a total of 18 strengths, 30 weaknesses, 12 opportunities, and 17 threats for Pahlevani and Zourkanei federation were identified and based on the internal and external factors, the strategic position of the Pahlevani and Zourkanei Federation in the WT region was determined. A total of 19 strategies, including five SO strategies, five ST strategies, six WO strategies, and three WT strategies for the Pahlevani and Zourkanei federation, were developed. Therefore, according to the results of SWOT analysis matrix, it is necessary to use more than a defensive or stabilization strategy to manage the development of Pahlevani and Zourkanei federation.

Against this backdrop, this research undertakes a comprehensive examination and analysis of the discourses surrounding economic resistance and resilient economies in Iran and the Russian Federation, with a focus on elucidating their commonalities and disparities. The research methodology employed in this study is the SWOT analysis method. Findings reveal that both Iran and Russia, while contending with Western sanctions, have pursued the implementation of resilient economy and economic resistance strategies, respectively. Iran's resilient economy signifies a transition towards long-term economic resilience rooted in religious principles. Conversely, Russia's economic resistance constitutes a short-term response to sanctions driven by political considerations".
